Easy setup, great output
Purchased this for a client – setup was easy, the product came well-packaged and was very pretty! Nice color, looked new. Everything worked flawlessly!I wish the paper slot were larger, but my client doesn’t print much at a time, so she was happy with it. Thank you for a great refurb product!

Great value and lots of functions
Iâve been pleasantly surprised with this printer so far. After my old reliable multifunction printer stopped working, I needed a new one and this seemed like an inexpensive option, even though itâs a factory-renewed unit.I was worried after reading some of the reviews on Amazon, but the setup wasnât terribly difficult. The only problem I had there was with some of the questions that asked me to share more information than I was expecting with HP and deciding whether it made sense to sign up for their ink replenishment service (so far, I havenât run out of ink). The print quality seems pretty decent, considering the price. The scanner and copier functions also seem to work well enough with a Windows laptop, though I was disappointed that the software didnât seem to work with my Chromebook. It seems you need a Windows computer (or maybe a Mac). But the HP Smart app seems to work well on my Windows computers as well as an iPhone and an Android phone.Itâs nice to have the wireless functionality, which my old printer didnât have. The one difficulty I had during use was when my computer switched over to a different Wi-Fi network and couldnât connect to the printer. But I figured out eventually what the problem was. It would be nice if the printer had Bluetooth connections available. There is a USB port that can be used with a USB cable and that may address some of the Wi-Fi issues some reviewers have commented on.All in all, itâs got plenty of features. I havenât signed up for the mobile fax service since I have nowhere to send a fax, but itâs nice to know thatâs available for 2 years.

One year later
It took a little over a year and this printer but the dust. It quit printing all together. I was told because it was renewed that there was nothing I could do. I would suggest buying extended warranties if possible.the printer Was always hard to use and I personally donât like the HP app or HP instaink. If you sign up for instaink ( which is a nice option if you need ink all the time) But if you sign up and donât pay or want to discontinue you canât use your printer. It completely shut down. We always had to have the instaink after signing up. Another printer we had did not work without this option. It shut down and wouldnât even copy because we didnât pay our $5 monthly fee. Ridiculous. We are not using HP anymore. Not worth the hype.

Works well!
It works like a charm, I mainly use it to scan but when I first started to print it worked well. Right now, the printing is not great. I’ll try to see if changing the ink cartridges fixes the issue.

Only works for about a year
I had a printer like this before, and it worked for almost 2 years before the cartridge carrier gave out and would not print. I know that printers are not made to last very long, but for the price, I decided to buy another one just like it. However, I purchased this printer, and it has lasted only one year and will not scan or print already. It sounds like the same issue of the printer cartridge carrier, and it seems that the scanner feeder has worn out, even though it has not been used extensively. I need a printer that lasts longer than a year, and I have an hp instant ink account now that will have to be switched over again now, which is a timely process. While it was working, I was very pleased with it.

Great right outta the box.
I, literally, just recieved this printer 2 days ago so I cannot, honestly, give a complete review. But, I will say this. I have owned several printers in my 70+ years and have found HP to be among the best both in quality of manufacture, and ease of setup. This printer, which i use wirelessly in my house, worked right outta the box with the help of the HP Smart app. Couldn’t be happier.

Sin duda es una buena impresora, pero la tuve que devolver ya qué en la descripción dice compatible con Windows 7 y no lo es. Llamé a la compañÃa y efectivamente me dijeron que no es compatible. Me la enviaron a México, sin en cambio no tuve problemas con la devolución.

Cumple su función, de hecho el que pueda mandar las impresiones desde el celular le da un plus, solo que, el cartucho a color que traen me fallo a los 2 dÃas, marcaba vacÃo y error cuando lo tenÃan puesto.
