I love it, but I took had an issue but it got resolved quick!
I was bumping for about 3 months and then the product stop working. I was beyond the return/exchange period. I read other reviews and I found this was a common issue. So I got in Amazon’s butt and emailed the seller’s address on the manual. I hadn’t got a response for a couple of days. So I did a chat w/ Amazon and they told me to reach out to the Seller. I never have problems so I forgot about doing that, however, once I did it, I also got my email response d to as well. The Seller said it is a cord issue, apologize, sent me a new cord w/ tracking, it came and now I’m bumping again. I give 5 stars because I was serviced the way you should be in a timely fashion once I made direct contact with the Seller.

This product is a complete disaster! I can’t even begin to express how disappointed I am with the so-called “Enhanced Thumping Bass” promised by this soundbar. Let’s start with the subwoofer â it’s nothing more than a glorified paperweight. Despite boasting a 5.25” subwoofer, it fails miserably to deliver any semblance of punchy bass. Instead of feeling the thump, all I got was a feeble, pathetic attempt at bass that left me wondering if it was even turned on.And don’t get me started on the “Immersive 3D Surround Sound” claim. What a joke! Those “upgraded Surround Effects Aluminum Alloy cone Drivers” did nothing but produce distorted highs and muddy lows. The supposed 105dB sound output felt more like a whisper in a crowded room. As for the 2 DSP technology, it might as well stand for “Defective Sound Production” because that’s all it amounted to.As if the lackluster sound quality wasn’t enough, the connectivity options are equally disappointing. Sure, it boasts Bluetooth 5.3, but what good is it when the connection is as stable as a house of cards in a hurricane? And don’t even get me started on the HDMI ARC connections â they’re about as reliable as a politician’s promise.Bravo to those reviewers who hailed this soundbar as a pinnacle of excellence! Clearly, they must have some magical ability to enjoy sound without actually, you know, hearing it. If that’s the case, then by all means, this soundbar is truly inspiring! Who needs actual sound quality when you can just bask in the glory of its sleek design, right?Save yourself the headache and avoid this product like the plague. Don’t be fooled by the fancy-sounding features and flashy marketing â it’s all smoke and mirrors. Trust me, I learned my lesson the hard way. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on this sorry excuse for a soundbar. You’ll thank me later

solid soundbar for the price really good customer service
The sound bar is really solid at this price point. No hiss, no rumble no vibrating in the subwoofer housing.I ended up having an issue with it a couple months in, I had emailed their customer support and they replaced my original unit with a new one asap with no hassle..They also emailed me today that their tech team figured out the issue with the original unit and will be sending me a replacement adapter as well so I can still enjoy both units. Espically for an online store, just amazing customer service.

Shocking Good for the Price
I didn’t expect much from his cheap no name soundboard but I just waned to upgrade the terrible speakers on the Vizio in our bedroom.Read all the police reviews and said what the heck. Would I put this in my living room or theater room no. It’s not a Sonos or Sony 5.2 or 7.1 soundboard system. But you can buy 10 for the price of my Sony set up in my theater room.For a bed room or small space this little bar is more than adequate and the tiny sub actually adds some low end. Is it audiophile or even hi -fi standard nope, but it is way better than TV speakers and for the price he features and performance are outstanding. Happy purchase just what I wanted way cheaper than. I expected.
