Easy set up
Seems like a good chair overall. The material does feel a little cheap, but you get what you pay for. My only real issue and reason for low stars is: my chair has 2/4 wheels that seem to have a bit of an issue with actually rollingâ¦fresh out of the box. I can manage, but itâs just unexpected.

CHAIR IS PRETTY STURDY BUT I DON’T LIKE THAT I HAVE TO REACH SO FAR UNDER THE CHAIR TO ADJUST.
Chair is pretty sturdy but I don’t like that I have to reach so far under the chair to adjust the height of the chair and the locking and unlocking of the rocker feature. VERY INCONVENIENT THAT IT’S SO FAR UNDER THE CHAIR AND NOT FURTHER OUT NEAR THE OUTER EDGE OF THE CHAIR. For this reason I give this chair 4 Stars. Also the headrest is not high enough. I would return but it’s pretty comfortable otherwise. Also has metal wheel base, not plastic like other chairs. The piston for the lift is seeping oil a bit, but I figured that it might have leaked because of the cold weather during shipping. It might have shrunk up the seal. Going to check it again after about a couple of weeks to see if I was right. I’ll contact the seller and see what their c/s response is when I message them and update my review after I receive their response to my message. So far overall a good comfortable chair and I’m not comfortable in to many chairs due to back problems. Good adjustable lumbar support. Head rest could be a little higher, it would make for a good improvement. Headrest is adjustable and is a good option. At this point in time I am very happy with this chair and I would recommend it.

So far so good! Satisfied with the product and affordability in price
Got this as a Christmas present for my mom. The instructions were very clear and concise and no extra tools required as it came with everything you needed including all the hardware and extra spare hardware just in case if you lose some or if one breaks. It also came with some neat gloves while assembling it so you donât get your hands dirty from the hardware etc. Overall very satisfied with the product and the affordability in price. Very comfortable and fully adjustable with the back support for lumbar!
