The Zosi DVR & Cameras are very easy to set up & I did the installation myself at home and found no difficulties during the setup. Live view is pretty good and I am quite impressed with the quality of these cameras. During the day & night, the picture is bright and clear. It records all channels and I can monitor it from mobile, tv, laptop everywhere.When I placed the order, it came super fast and communication with the vendor has been excellent. ZOSI support team is always helpful and responding promptly to customer queries. Before buying and after the purchase I contacted them to inquire about the product and always got positive response.I found it very Reliable & stable 24/7 system. Hard drive storage is enough for me. It supports up to 8 cameras which is enough for my home and the good thing is all cameras are water proof with with 24/7 Non stop recording & Night vision supports.

High Quality Cameras Great DVR
This product is outstanding for home security. The images are crystal clear and are wide angle. The instructions are easy to understand and installation was easy, except for us having to wire our existing home. The APPS, on the other hand, are very difficult to install unless you are computer savvy. There are apps available on Google Play and for Windows. The MAC apps come from Zosi on line.This system is great for it’s price range but the level of difficulty in setup is noticeable.

!! OK Amazon finally fix the problem uploading pictures up here so I’mâ going to post some pics so you guys can see how sick and clear this system is…. ok well I see some people complained about this product but let me tell you what if you don’t have any knowledge about dealing with this kind of technology or at least a little bit of patience to take time and check the manual then don’t waist your time with this one or any other security system .. Cause let me tell you.this is by far one of the most easier system to setup .. This system have a majestic software really well just self-explanatory you barely have to do anything.fantastic night vision nooo I might say Incredible infrared night vision cameras ( never seen anything like this before) and day time omg!!! you have to see this for your self unbelievable beautiful.. also have a 1TB hard drive already installed so I can record any event without loosing any details.. Even more fantastic the work they did updating the cooling system on the DVR .. I was amazed to see the excellent job they did !! Hands up to you guys!! And the most important thing the zosi view app.. I never see an app connect so fast so simple and such an incredible definition .. Overall if anyone of you guys have a hard time trying to figure out how to get this product ready to go I will recommend you to contact the zosi group ..This great people will do whatever it takes to make sure you feel satisfied with your purchase .. Trust me when I say they will do anything just be patient contact them by email They will help you no question asked They will be there for you till the end !!!

Good quality. Easy plug in and go. Basic settings already done. My Kguard cameras plugged right in.UPDATE:. Dvr and cameras work fine. Ap stinks. Ap only connects while I’m home. When I go to town, ap will not show my cameras. Says system is offline. Called home and not offline.No support of any kind. Tried to call and no number. Tried customer support and always says no one available. It says send email. Spent time writing email and guess what? No send button.Went to play store and left review for developer. If not corrected by next week, will return system.UPDATE:. On screen video slow and choppy. Online troubleshooting and manual tell me go to IPC settings and show a picture. No such item on my system. Checked every troubleshooting and every setting. Connects to internet at home fine. Transmits to phone WHILE AT HOME fine. Will not connect outside of home. Appears to connect fine to wifi but will not transmit over internet. Too much work to pull cameras and all wiring to send back. Will find a better American Made system then throw this dvr in trash. Wasted a lot of money for this junk.

The setting up process was quite simple, the cameras are clean and well-sealed, but the audio output when you speak into the phone to send to the camera is extremely poor to the point where you could consider it defective – you have to almost shout into the phone’s mic to get even a small sound coming from the cameras! You’d have to scream at the top of your lungs to get anything that resembled a whisper of a human voice and that’s only if the whole room is completely quiet.The app is not that efficient, in order to update the images when the app starts up, you have to go into the device list and select your camera every time and touch the screen a few times in order to bring up the images. This functionality should be by default as soon as the app starts up.The email notifications don’t work either. I have a Microsoft Office Professional account with 1TB and I was hoping that the ZOSI would have a provision to allow emails to be sent to a hotmail account with a screenshot of the event, but hotmail is not on its email capable list. I don’t use Yahoo or Gmail for any serious stuff because they have email quota limits. So, forget about using email notifications for when you go away to a place where there is no internet, the only notifications you get are the ones through the ZOSI app which requires the internet.My suggestions are basically to get the email notifications fixed for hotmail (primarily) and any others which are considered popular. And secondly, the audio from the cameras, it’s not working for ALL cameras.Apart from the issues above, I can recommend ZOSI for the quality build (I came from having Swann), ease of installation and the price as compared to other systems with similar specifications, but until those issues are resolved, I’m only ’rounding up’ a 3.5 to a 4.
