Not as sturdy as I hoped
I wish the shelves were a little more sturdy I could not put as much in each one as I would have liked but it gets the job done.

Simple yet effective
This file organizer is super easy to assemble.The shelves are removable for customizable shelf heights.The shelves are very sturdy.Special note: The slots the shelves slide into are much wider then the thickness of the shelves. This causes the shelves to slide in and out very easily. Now I found this quite useful as it creates a slide out drawer and it’s a bit easier to pull out the exact item I need.

This is an easy to assemble rack for paperwork, built of a five sided cube, and four loose shelves that slide into grooves on the inside of the cube that you just built.It took less than two minutes for me to put the cube together, using the supplied nuts and bolts. The problem is that the four interior shelves slide into U channel grooves, and have nothing at all to hold them in place. I found myself accidentally pulling the shelves out along with the paperwork I was reaching for.I tried pinching down the U channels to “lock” the shelves in place, but I could not get a good enough bite to make a difference. Perhaps some epoxy or double stick tape would help, but I shouldn’t have to MacGyver these shelves to make them usable.

Four of the interior shelves are removable while the uppermost tier serves as the top of the organizer.Hinges connect the organizerâs top tier, bottom tier, and sides to the back. To assemble the unit, you can use the included screwdriver to fasten the top and bottom shelves with four provided screws. The remaining 4 shelves slide into guide rails attached to the sides of the organizer.Attached to the bottom tier are four circular rubber feet. The feet are not thick, and the loaded desk organizer may cause the metal frame to rest on the desk or countertop.Summary:This organizer provides practical vertical storage, with almost 2½ inches of usable height between each interior shelf, which is sufficient for most office supplies. Itâs worth noting that the removable shelves can slide out when pulling out stored items, especially when accessing larger things like binders.The organizer is well constructed and feels solid when assembled. While the mesh material keeps it lightweight, it may not be ideal for heavy loads, as the shelves may sag slightly under weight. One other area to note is the rubber feet may not be thick enough to provide clearance between the bottom frame and a desk.
