Easy to use, great stability!
Iâm new to setting up and using a gimbal, but so far this unit has been great!! The first time you balance it, it can take a minute but even the second and third time I setup the gimbal I could do quite quickly. It is very smooth! It also feels like a product that was built with quality! So far I am very pleased!!!

Not versatile.
You cannot mount a mirrorless camera on this vertically, without MAJOR instability issues which I needed to in order to use it at my job. It also is very difficult to buy the undersling handle separately which is annoying because it didn’t come with my kit and it’s a pain in the ass to use otherwise. The tracking also gets confused pretty easily and the camera control doesn’t completely work with fuji cameras (can only control iso) although that’s probably a fuji thing. The built in light is cool though and as a cheaper gimbal if you want only horizontal shots this gimbal does actually gimbal so it’s not a total waste for someone else.
Its a beautiful couch with great wotkmanship. Definitely worth more than price sold. I suggested to buy to all my friends. –

We like to use it in all conditions its helping us. Its complicated product but in time it will go easy. Very balanced and quality.

Mechanical failure less than 1 week do not buy
This 320 dollar gimbal is now a paperweight. The roll axis is stuck locked and the manual locking mechanism is completely unengaged. Other people online have had same issue. No solution. Sadly I bought in USA and I am overseas now so no way to return. I would not purchase this again. Iâve read that the products sent to reviewers are comprehensively tested to ensure function. Not so with the devices sent to average customers who actually pay.

I have something to say about this product
ProsThe majority of the product is constructed with excellent materials, it is incredible the comfort that has the support that brings makes it even more comfortable, the bag that brings is too comfortable.However as soon as it came I tried to use the locking button of the roll axis motor and it came broken, I tried to talk to amazon to return it but living in LATAM I had to take responsibility for the shipping costs which was 80% of the value of the product between sending it and receiving it back. I contacted Zhiyun and they only offered me the option of return which was not feasible for me, they do not sell spare parts for this button. Solution? well I had to uncover the button and release this shaft I can’t use that button anymore but at least I didn’t lose all my money.

hay va una reseña a conciencia:Para empezar yo hago eventos de sociales, vi varios videos y reviews que me crearon mas dudas que respuestas, ahi va lo que vi del estabilizador1: ergonomicamente mejoraron todo…. es casi perfecto, no queda ningun boton que puedas presionar por error (como en weebil 1) a 1 mano se puede manejar sin problemas todos los botones,2, dicen que mejoraron el algoritmo (a veces es pura publicidad) pero en este caso si es verdad… y se nota desde que lo prendes… cuando arrangan los motores y acomodan la camara en el punto que va, se nota la suavidad, en otros estabilizadores es mas brusco… tambien por default la configuracion que trae de fabrica es casi perfecta… no necesitas hacer ajustes para trabajarlo… a diferencia de otros que tenias que modificar parametros de suavidad, fuerza, etc…3 la luz es muy potente… obviamente no competira con una lampara ni te iluminara de dia pero definitivamente rellena en condiciones de poca luz.el micro mejora el audio en algunas camaras de gama baja o media y podria decir que iguala algunas de gama alta, aunque tampoco compite con micros externos pero me parece muy bien tener todo en el estabilizador…4 basicamente mejoraron todos los detalles de estabilizadores anteriores e implementaron mejoras nuevas y detalles que son pequeños pero suman… como por ejemplo la cosa magnetica para desatornillar el tornillo con el que se sujeta la camara a la base… mas de 1 ocacion batalle por no tener una moneda o algo para quitarlo y eso se termino con este establizador… la luz trae iman para pegar unos geles por si quieres hacer algunas tomas creativas como por ejemplo de anillos o detalles pequeños o medianos…yo tenia mis dudas… si no veia mucha diferencia tenia pensado regresarlo o venderlo pero me enamore a primera vista y una vez que lo prendi me enamore aun mas…. cabe decir que le meti equipo pesado, una alpha1 y un lente sony GM 16-35mm y no hubo ningun problema… el vortex es una chulada… definitivamente el nuevo algoritmo de estabilizacion hace lo suyoyo lo compre por $10399, lo unico que no incluia era la palanquita ajustable y el reposa muñecas
