Good if you get it to stick
I like the features and cradle. The way I have this mounted, it’s low and close. It doesn’t obstruct the view out the windshield. I have a deeply pebble-grained plastic dashboard. It also curves down at the front. There have been multiple comments about the adhesive plate not sticking. I cleaned the surface really well. I added a couple of pieces of exterior foam mounting tape to the thin tape on the back of the plate and held it very firmly in a less curved part of the dash. I let it sit and cure for 24 hours before trying to support anything. The suction cup on the mount sticks well to this plate, but with the arm extended out most of the way, it would create a lot of twist which would probably pop the suction cup off. I added a piece of polypropylene packing foam (common in electronics packages) to support just behind the phone. It has been there for three months now, and works great! If you are going to use the suction cup, try to position the weight of the phone over the cup, or use a support for best results. it would be cool if the product had a little flip-out leg on the arm to use as a support.

Great Phone Mount – Even Better Customer Service!
I’ve been using this phone mount for awhile and have been very impressed. It was incredibly easy to install, and the suction cup is exceptionally strong. My phone fits perfectly, and the release button is very handy for quick access.I purchased a second phone mount for my other vehicle and unfortunately, when I went to use the newer mount the other morning, the plastic unexpectedly broke (as shown in the picture). This was quite surprising since my older mount has had no issues at all!Although I was outside the return window, I decided to message the seller with a photo of the damage. I was amazed by their excellent customer service! They informed me that the mount comes with a lifetime warranty and immediately arranged to send me a replacement at no cost. The new one is expected to arrive on Friday, and I can’t wait to have it back in my vehicle—I’ve really missed having it already!Update: I received the new mount and customer service has been wonderful!

Perfect, sort of….
It’s a good product. Both the shape and performance are ideal for me. It is suitable for my iPhone 13 pro max. Unfortunately, I found some flaws, though they did not affect my use.Pros:☛Easy to operate: with only one hand, the arms can be opened by gently pressing the button on the lower left side.☛Adjustable angle: There is a 360-degree rotating head. The telescopic arm can be rotated up and down to 270°, and you can choose the most suitable angle.☛Safety product: I feel very safe after using it. The phone is stable even when driving on a bumpy road. You can drive safely without any affection by picking up and putting down the phone.Cons:▷It is very suitable for my iPhone 13 pro max, but not suitable for Samsung Galaxy Fold/Z Flip folding phones;▷If the dashboard is too curved, suction cups are not suitable. Fortunately, it includes a vent in the exquisite box, but you need to have a horizontal or vertical vent. Round vents cannot be used;▷Most mobile phone cases are suitable, but if the back of the phone case has a protruding part or has a ring, it is incompatible.I hope that the above content will be helpful to you guys who need to buy a car phone holder.

Been using this phone holder for 3 months now and it’s been working great. Easy to use, adaptable to our different phones, and stays solidly in place on the console above the vent. I recommend the device!

It’s been maybe 2 years since I’ve purchased it and haven’t had any problems. It’s been very handy having a support like this, and having both options is great if you don’t know which is suitable for your car.
