Top-notch company
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son, but he didn’t get around to connecting it to his Xbox until March. Unfortunately, we discovered that it was defective. Although the 30-day return policy had already passed, I decided to contact the company and ask for a solution. To my surprise, the company was very helpful and sent me a return label for the defective hard drive. Once they received it, they sent a new one. I’m very grateful to this company for their excellent customer service.

FIRST OFF SELLER WAS GOOD NOT THEIR FAULT THE WHOLE CONCEPT IS JUST BAD. SO THE MEMORY IS CONSIDERED EXTERNAL AND SO ADDING ROOM FOR MORE GAMES IS USELESS UNLESS ITS ON INTERNAL MEMORY. SO I WASTED MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT DOES ME NO GOOD.
