Beauty and Comfort
I recently purchased this chair after debating and looking at different models for over a month. I work from home and I usually spend anywhere from 10 to 12 hours per day on the computer so ergonomics is extremely important to me. I also wanted a chair that was large enough for me to have a decent amount of room to maneuver around freely. This chair has everything I have been looking for. It gives great support. I feel like Iâm sitting on fluffy firm pillows. A major issue for me that I have ran into with previous chairs I purchased was the inability to roll smoothly on carpet and as you can see from my pictures I have an extremely thick shag rug that sits right in front of my work area. I was very concerned if this chair would easily roll over the carpet as well as roll easily while I am sitting in the chair. I reached out to the company about my concerns and they actually offered to send me a pair of wheels especially made for thick carpets (free of charge). The customer service rep responded very quickly to my email and immediately shipped the wheels. I actually received the wheels before the actual chair. The rep even followed up with me to make sure I received them. Overall I am very satisfied. The chair is beautiful, well made, extremely comfortable and very quiet. Everything is functioning perfectly. I also love that the chair arms are large and adjustable. Lastly, one of the most important things for me were the simple but detailed instructions included for assembly. Believe it or not being sent good instructions by the company is not always the case and then you are left struggling attempting to assemble a product without adequate guidance. My chair was assembled and ready for use in less than 40 minutes. Overall Iâm very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend this chair as well as the company I purchased the chair from. If you are in the market for a new office chair, I think you would be very pleased just like me. Great experience all around.

A quality chair at a good price.
I am happily surprised by the quality of this chair. I have 3 herniated discs in my spine so sitting can be a challenge, but I enjoy long gaming sessions at my pc, homeschooling my kid, editing 3D print files and I needed to find a chair that could provide proper support. I spent hours looking at every chair on Amazon and beyond. Gaming chairs donât have enough padding or lumbar support for me, ergonomic chairs all have that uncomfortable mesh and you can feel plastic parts through it, but I came across this chair and a few that were similar. This one stood out with its good reviews and Iâm here to say they arenât lying.Putting it together was easy, there are slotted holes for the arms and back so you can have them in just the right position! I love this as I am a small 5â4â 110lbs and I like having the large seat space, yet having the arms close in. If I donât have the arm support, the nerve damage from my disks cause my hands to shake a bit.The seat is firm and supportive! Perfect for long hours at my desk. The foot rest is a fantastic addition to the chair, it supports me right at the ankles of my legs are stretched out, I can have my feet up on it relaxing, or I can cross my legs. The back has very nice padding, you donât feel any of the internal structure, there is nice lumbar support, and I really like the upper sides how they hug and support me. The pink color is beautiful! No weird skin tone pink, just pretty light pink to match my aesthetic. The recline is smooth and nice. The arms are so padded and the length is perfect, at its current height I can have them all the way up when leaned back gaming with a controller and slide forward to have them even with my desk for productivity. My husband put it together for me and said he was a little jealous at how nice the chair was! He immediately ordered one in black for himself! He is 6â 180lbs and it fits him nicely.I did contact the manufacturer for the wheels and lift, they sent a quick response letting me know they immediately shipped them out and provided a tracking number! They also said they were including a lumbar pillow which was a pleasant surprise for me! This level of customer service is fantastic and very much appreciated. The quality of the chair for this price is outstanding, I really cannot recommend it enough. Nothing is creaky or cheap feeling, the build material feels sturdy and the fabric is nice and smooth. I will be telling everyone they need this chair over a traditional chair. I will update this review as needed.

ALREADY IN LOVE
LOVE THE PINK! So COZY! It is exactly what I wanted! I got it a day early and put it together right away! Instructions were straight forward and it didnât take more than 30 minutes max! As soon as I figured out all the adjustments, Iâm sooo happy with it! The arm rest are adjustable, the foot rest is easy to access and put away, it recliners just enough and the back is SO COMFORTABLE. The seat is more firm, but Iâm so impressed with the size, sturdiness and stability. Perfect for lounging at my desktop and computer while Iâm working upright! If my opinion change I will update!

I recently upgraded from an old gaming chair to this new office chair, and the difference is astounding. My previous chair served me well for over three years, but this one is on a whole new level. The chair feels incredibly sturdy, with comfortable filling and springs. The PU-leather embroidery is both classy and tasteful. My old chair used to give me back problems during long work-from-home and gaming sessions, but this new chair has been a game changer. No more back pains! The back and lumbar support are well-padded and extremely comfortable, and the armrests are equally impressive. Although I haven’t used the footrest much, it was easy to pull out when I tried it.Assembly was straightforward, and while I did ask my wife for help, I’m confident that anyone could put it together without any issues.Overall, I am more than satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a premium, beautiful, comfortable, and durable chair that will last for years to come.

Iâve been looking for a new office/gaming chair for several days to replace my old ones and came across this EXCEBET big and tall executive chair. I have to say, IT IS AN AMAZING and COMFY chair!! My main focus was comfort and lumbar support and this chair checked both box! The assembly took about 30 min, itâs simple and straightforward! If you look on YouTube they have a 1min installation video which is extremely helpful! I requested the short gas cylinder and the support team responded within few hours and is willing to ship it for free! After all, I am very satisfied with my purchase! Iâm very sure this chair will last me another few years!

The most important part about an office chair is it’s cushions and back rest. Both are excellent in this chair. The weight is very heavy so people of less strength may not be able to lift this between floors but no problem with assembly and movement in the same floor. Hopefully this should last me the next 10 years. The customer support is great. They also sent me rubber wheels on request. That is pretty much anyone can ask for. Very impressed.

Chair was bigger than I had expected it to be. Easy to assemble, recommend at least two people at some parts are heavy. Chair is very comfortable, recline is nice, foot rest is such a nice bonus.
