Pretty darn good–rattly clicker
First, I am a bona fide pen snob. Normally, I use Pilot exclusively, but while they’re wonderful, they aren’t very aesthetic. I decided to give these a shot and bought a pack that I would split up to give to include with Christmas gifts (I do day planners and notebooks and wrapped a couple with each in a pretty ribbon). The good: they look great–unusual, sleek and I love the tactile feel of the soft rubber exterior. It feels good without feeling sticky. The tip is good, the ink is dark and smooth and seems to dry quickly on good paper. I normally prefer a pen with a proper cap, so the one negative for me is that when writing, the clicker isn’t tight and rattles around. I wish the design was a bit more precise, but really can’t complain for the price. Overall happy with the purchase and it was perfect for what I needed.

I love these pens. They are a .5 nib, but don’t feel scratchy when you write. They write smooth and the ink is dark. Great for note taking and don’t smear.

Upon unboxing these DR DOURONGE Quick-Dry Black Gel Ink Pens, Fine Point you are presented with 6 black coloured pens and 6 white coloured pens. All of the pens write in black ink.These pens are very lightweight and are retractable. The click retraction is smooth and sure. The pen tip has a small wax ball on it to ensure the pens do not dry out before your receive them. The barrel almost feels like it is very slightly rubberized which ensures a good grip.The ink flow is smooth and even. The ink dries fast and does not bleed through the paper. As well, I have experienced no blotching or smearing. The pens are 0.5mm and are able to produce an extremely fine line which are the kind of pens I prefer.Overall, I really like these pens. They produce smooth even writing, the ink dries quickly and the rubberized barrel makes them easy to hold. So far based on my experience with these pens I highly recommend them. I wouldn’t hesitate to reorder them again when I need more pens.RATING 5.0/5.0

I love these pens. I ordered them in black and white, and I think they look very professional and classy in appearance. My brother saw them and went crazy over them. He said they are the perfect pen to carry around in his briefcase. I’m assuming he meant that he also thinks of them as ‘professional’ in style.Aesthetics aside, the ink from these pens is black and flows smoothly onto the page. They aren’t like ball point pens which roll and glide on whatever surface you’re writing on. These have very precise tips, and feel lighter in weight.I use these in my graphic design work. The ink from the pens doesn’t bleed into the paper I’m drawing on, so I can create clear thin lines if needed.The most important pens are those that I can use to make art that can be digitized. If I draw something, I want to be able to scan it and turn it into a cleanly edged vector. These pens are fantastic for that kind of creative work. They are amazing!I absolutely love these pens and highly recommend them. They get 5 solid stars from me.

With two of us sharing an office, we can distinguish who’s pens are who’s. There was not a fight over colours when the set arrived. So it worked out well.Each pen has a wax coated tip to prevent seepage. The plunger on the pen is smooth and retracts the pen point when not in use.I like the tactile feel of the pen body. The surface is like a silicone feel. It is really comfortable to grip and write with.Usually, I am not a fan of gel ink pens. I am left handed and smudging has been prominent with other pens of this type. I have not experienced this with these pens. The gel ink seems to be quick drying.All in all, I like the smooth barrel of the pen and it is easy to write smoothly, every time. I like the plunger (click to retract), as it keeps the point hidden when not in use. I will order these again in the future.
