Great Church Streaming Setup
We use this camera to live stream church services to Facebook live. Using OBS Studio, we can easily zoom into the podium about 80 feet away and broadcast in HD. Our only limitation right now is internet speed, but that is obviously not the cameras fault. Great camera, good quality. Paired it with an audio interface and our stream has never been better. Will be adding a second cam one day soon.

No regrets-Great quality
This camera connected seamlessly to my blackmagic switcher using a HDMI extender/CAT 5 cables. The quality is exceptional and it was pretty much plug and play. I am using it for our church services and the shots have been great.
This is a good buy. The only challenge is that I have not figured out as yet how to use the presets and the manual is pretty vague. I took away one star for that. Otherwise, excellent.

I have purchased 2 of these cameras. They work great. Nice smooth transitions, VERY quiet. They work seamlessly with OBS. Just plug them in and select the camera. The 20x zoom is amazing. Haven’t encountered anything remotely negative. I highly recommend them….

Conference Phone Died in 4 Months
We thought this was great when we got it. And then the Tongveo speakerphone just wouldn’t turn on one day. We have tried different things to no avail. So we tried to get ahold of Tongveo – no warranty – no return – our problem. So I asked, since it is a set, if I could just buy the speakerphone. Nope. And no access to Tongveo customer service – just Amazon. I would beware before buying.

We purchased 2 of these video cameras as an upgrade for our church and it has been a game changer. Easy to use, great flexibility, and quality video live streaming. We take one of the cameras on the road for mission broadcasting. And then the camera fell over and the USB plug was damaged. The camera survived well, and when I contacted the company directly they responded quickly, heard what my problem was, and sent me a new replacement USB cable at no charge! Above and beyond expected. I highly recommend!

NOT VISCA compatible
The video and the handheld remote work ok. The serial control interface does NOT.
The camera is not VISCA compatible as advertised. There is no transmit function on the interface.
VISCA commands always expect a reply, half the VISCA commands are inquiries, which must have replies with data. The camera CANNOT be VISCA compatible without a serial port transmit function. Some controllers will limp along without replies from the camera but functionality is severely limited.
It is a waste of time if you need the serial control function.
Of course I contacted the “support” people. I received a totally useless reply, probably just a robot.

Metto 5 stelle perché la âscoccaâ laterale bassa, verso il retro della cam presenta un graffio che ne lede lâestetica, ma il servizio post-vendita ha risolto in modo eccellente. Sono soddisfatto, ottima cam, funziona benissimo e le immagini che cattura sono di ottima risoluzione. La comprensione e lâutilizzo è immediato, lâautomatismo nei movimenti e la fluidità nella scorrevolezza davvero buonissime caratteristiche. Telecomando e 4 inquadrature pre impostate sono la ciliegina sulla torta. Costicchia un poâ ma consiglio.

Ich nutze die Kamera per HDMI an einem Videomischer (Videojockey-Einsatz) und zuhause auch per USB für Zoom. Man kann und muss mit den Einstellungen ein wenig spielen, damit das Kamerabild in den Farben noch besser aussieht. Der Makrobereich ist erstaunlich. Man kann die Kamera, die vor der Tastatur steht, auf diese ausrichten und es funktioniert. Man bekommt ein klares Bild und sieht, wie sauber die Tasten sind. 🙂 Das Objektiv kann nur nicht allzu weit in den Weitwinkelbereich. Die eingebaute Kamera im Mac ist da für Videocalls etwas breiter aufgestellt. für ein schönes Bild in der Videokonferenz sollte die Kamera eine Entfernung von 60cm nicht unterschreiten. Weiter weg ist aufgrund des hervorragenden Zooms gar kein Problem. Einziges Manko: Leider kann man die Kamera nicht über den PC steuern. Dafür ist die Fernbedienung sehr stark und funktioniert super und USB und HDMI funktionieren gleichzeitig (ich hatte beim Zoom-Call noch einen Bildschirm über HDMI angeschlossen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Der Winkel nach unten ist gut, der Rest funktioniert sowieso und die Speicherung der Szenen mit Winkeln und Zoom funktioniert toll. Teurere Kameras dieser Bauart beherrschen die Wechsel bestimmt noch schneller aber für dieses Geld ist das Gerät eine echte Ãberraschung. Und zu der normalen Kamerastativverschraubung gibt es auch noch drei normale Schraubenaufnahmen, so dass man die Kamera mit dem beiliegenden Blech oder auch anders perfekt irgendwo anbringen kann.
