Skeptical but very surprised and pleased
I read a lot of reviews, and I was very skeptical of buying this PS4 especially due to the fact it stated it was brand new. The PS4 came in a new box as advertised and it works great. Thank you

Best Christmas gift ever.
I bought PS4 as a Christmas gift for my twin grandsons. They are almost 6 and completely glued to the TV so I figured why not buy this so they can play together or with their father. As it turns out, itâs great family fun for them.Getting it all set up took a minute. But once itâs set up, you just play the games.

Missing Power Cord:Update
Updated: They responded quickly although it was a holiday and immediately sent a new power cord.This was a Christmas gift, so it was real great to open and set up Christmas morning with no power cord. Ugh!

Do not purchase from Amazon
I purchased this as a gift. It only worked for about 6 months before it overheated and wouldn’t turn on anymore. Amazon wouldn’t replace it because it was past the 30 days and Sony wouldn’t replace it because it was purchased here. I bought it in 2022 so I spent $600 at the time. Huge waste of money.

Experiences from a first-time buyer.
This was the first time I experienced an eight generation console, and I can tell you, I didn’t know what I was missing. Beyond the library of games, which is excellent (Spider-Man, Witcher 3, Devil May Cry 5, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Kingdom Hearts 3), there are other features including a web browser and a TV function where I can watch all the streaming services I’m subscribed to. It’s basically a multimedia device that just happens to focus on video games. I just wish the Switch was capable of half of those features.
