After receiving the projector, I couldn’t wait to start using it in my bedroom and regretted not purchasing it earlier. Now, the projector has become the motivation for my family and me to lie in bed early every evening, enjoying movies and videos together.There are a few aspects of this projector that I can’t stop praising. First of all, when I opened the packaging, I found that it was even smaller than I had imagined, making it extremely portable. I placed it on my bedside table, and it doesn’t take up any space. Now that summer has arrived, I’m planning to take the projector with me for camping next month.The second thing is that the projector automatically adjusts the aspect ratio of the image. I’ve been using my white wall as a projection screen, and it offers better cost performance compared to installing a TV. The colors projected are pleasing to the eyes, and even in a darkened room, the brightness is sufficient.The third highlight is that the projector produces minimal noise when turned on. The built-in player works well, and the volume is clear enough that I don’t dare to turn it up too loud at night when watching movies in the bedroom.If you don’t have a projector yet, I highly recommend giving this model a try. It not only brings relaxation to both the body and mind but also creates joyful moments with my family.

Great for Movie Night!
I struggled to wade through the sea of cheap projectors that had questionable quality. I wanted a projector that I could easily set up to play movies on the ceiling for movie nights with my wife, and that ended up being rather difficult to find.Enter the XGIMI. After some research, I discovered it had a stand that could point at the ceiling and was easy to set up. Between that and the ability to Chromecast to the projector from my phone (or use the onboard apps to stream videos) this projector had all of the features I desired.The projector itself is fairly sturdy. It feels like it could take a fall or two without suffering too much damage (not that I’d necessarily recommend it). The stand we bought from XGIMI is made of metal and also feels very sturdy. The projector’s software runs on Android OS and runs fairly smoothly, though it can be slow at times to load. Apps can be downloaded from the Google Play store, allowing you some customization based on what services you want to use on the projector. The Chromecast feature requires one such app to be downloaded before you can use it.The speakers have fairly good sound quality. We have primarily used the built in speakers, and have been able to hear things fairly clearly. The sound isn’t tinny or unpleasant, so that is a big plus. You won’t be getting much in the way of bass frequencies from this projector, but such is the tradeoff when using a small device for viewing.The setup was fairly easy, though my use required some manual adjustments so the projection displayed correctly on the ceiling. The quality is fairly good, even on our ceiling that has drop ceiling tiles. It also holds up pretty well in the light. During the summer, we were able to draw the curtains and run the projector, even with a decent amount of light still coming into the room.All in all, I would recommend this projector to anyone looking for something portable and easy to set up and move.

bought this for first year uni. auto-keystone is a little off, so manually adjusting is the way to go. also, the company has dealt with netflix not being compatible with this projector (which was one of my main worries before purchasing), and now provide a tutorial to get around this problem. pretty satisfied with this projector, although it has only been one month so i guess time will tell whether or not my review changes.

Amazed by the video quality and the operating system, it’s the best quality for cost , used a very small 12v battery from AliExpress with a 130watts car phone charger and it gave me 2hrs movie at camping. Auto focus is really good. For a projector, xgimi mogo 2 is recommended for people who likes outings.Just a reminder, if you receive a used product, test it, because some products don’t even work. An Amazon habit.

Loved this projector for the first ~10 months! It has great functionality and the sound quality is great for the size of the projector itself.However, it no longer supports Netflix streaming. Will have to purchase a streaming stick and connect it to the projector if I wish to use it for its intended functionality (solely to watch Netflix). Definitely a disappointment and would have not purchased if I would have known that in less than a year of ownership that they would not be supporting the only streaming service I use.
