WONDERFUL chair for the price!
I have been working from home for a few years now (as a lot of us have) and have been using my office-store chair that I got for around the same price all along. It has been great, however it has started to get squeaky, uncomfortable (mesh seats are the worst, don’t bother), and was just not the best made thing around. After some research online and asking friends in similar positions, I found this in my price range. I wanted to get something new over a used big-name chair as I want it to last a long time. I love that it isn’t some no-name Chinese brand with no support, but rather a domestic company that offers real warranties backed by real people.MAN what an upgrade! The seat is super comfy, the fabric is really attractive, and the chair itself is sturdy where it counts. The base and core are all metal. All the adjustment levers are actually easy to operate which is a first for me. Usually they are so hard you never use them.I definitely recommend the optional headrest if you plan on reclining back in it. Makes a huge difference. I can actually fall asleep really easily in this chair. As for any negative reviews, here are my rebuttals to their points as a 5’11” 170lb man in his mid-thirties:⢠The lumbar support is totally adequate and sturdy in all positions I’ve tried it in. It feels supportive without being too hard or in the way. Personally it helps my posture a ton.⢠The build quality feels pretty good to me. Cheap chairs I have owned in the past have plastic wheel bases that break super easy. The wheels seem fine, and the fabric feels really good. No chemical smells or anything weird. The packaging used a TON of plastic film, which is annoying, but easily recyclable these days. Assembly was 5 bolts and took less than 10 minutes.⢠Adjustments and positions feel great for my average body. TBH, if you have a bad back and need an above-average chair, you need to shop around for your specific needs or get orthotic pads, don’t fault the chair for your above-average requirements. I am average. This has average features designed for an average North American person. I like it!!Looking forward to many years of service from my new Branch chair!

I love this chair! Good for short/petite people
This is my first ergonomic chair Iâve owned for home use. And I have never had a chair that goes low enough to fit me until now! I did a lot of research and decided on this because of the quality, adjustment features and price range. Iâm 5â0 so Iâm really short but this chair sits low enough for me. I keep it at the lowest setting. Looks great with my Flexispot E7 desk, I got the beige/tan chair. Iâm used to sitting in Herman Miller chairs at work but they are always too big and donât truly fit my small frame. This is super comfortable and the best fit Iâve ever experienced. I love the adjustable seat (seat slides out a few inches) so I can sit cross cross applesauce if I want too and still have enough room everywhere. And the adjustable arm rests were a must have for me. The armrests are not squishy, pretty firm. I decided to buy padded armrest covers but now that I have it Iâm not sure itâs completely necessary to add on. The armrests still fit under my desk. I also like that I can lean and tilt back in the chair which I was never able to do in bigger chairs because they were too big. And I like that you can lock the position. The backrest isnât too high for me either. The adjustable lumbar support is nice but itâs not aggressive at all. Itâs just enough support for what I need. The wheels surprised me because they roll easily and smoothly with minimal effort on 2 layers of carpet! Iâve had other chairs that were problematic on carpet and even on a plastic chair mat. I even had a chair without wheels because of that; but I still missed being able to roll even if it was only a few inches here and there. I donât have to worry about that anymore! Iâm happy with the amount of cushion on the seat, very comfortable. The breathable mesh back is nice and the mesh is strong. The chair was packed well in a large box but I was able to get the box upstairs on my own. It was easy to build on my own and only took a few minutes. I suggest reading the instructions before watching the YouTube video because the video leaves out a few important details. It was such a challenge to find a chair that fits petite people as most chairs are designed for taller people. And I read countless reviews and most people donât mention their height or there were very few reviews where the person was 5â3 or under. I think this chair would be great even for people much taller since I am happy with the lowest, smallest settings of the chair. Overall, the chair still feels spacious but not overly so. This chair is well made and high quality. I can see it lasting many years and it comes with a warranty!

This is a $250 CAD chair at most. Can’t believe Wired rated it so high. Every part it is as cheap as possible. Doesn’t even come with a headrest. Instant return

The chair was easy to assemble, is comfortable, and has a durable feel to the build. There’s a number of ways to adjust the ergonomics to suit you. I’m glad I was able to assemble it without the arms as I find it makes me sit with better posture. My only complaint is that when I unpacked the parts from the single box, the arms were contained in another box which was damaged and they had scuff marks on them (see attached photo). Not great when you’re spending this much money on a new chair.Overall happy with the purchase and hope it lasts a long while.
