FireTV Cube works perfect
This is replacing my 2016 4k Fire TV. This 3rd gen Fire TV Cube has been great so far, no issues. The interface and actions are fast, and the wireless internet connection has been strong, stable, and fast. My only complaint is the remote. Itâs too small and quite uncomfortable to hold, it has no backlight, and the circular nav button still sucks. I donât get why Amazon hasnât designed some sort of better, more ergonomic and comfortable-to-hold remotes for FireTV yet. As for buying the âlike-newâ condition version? No regrets. Big savings. Everything from the packaging to the condition of the cube and remote look new to me. Overall, Iâm happy with the purchase.

Honestly does not feel any faster than my 4k Pro Max stick
The cube is supposed to have the fastest processor, but I don’t notice the difference. Menus are just as quick with either device. Love the built-in ethernet port. That does help with streaming compared to most wi-fi connections and I don’t need a dongle. Bought this refurbished and it looks and operates like new. No setup issues at all and all functions are normal. 4k movies look great streaming locally using my Plex home server and content from Amazon Video has no issues or artifacts.

These are pretty good and work flawlessly. A bit pricey but they don’t disappoint in performance. The older versions used to give you freedom to download but the newer versions no longer do that.

Bad decision on my part to buy this – If you like dealing with customer service – buy this.
I traded in the previous generation of this because it kept dropping connections.This one after 3 weeks of use started resetting after 2 minutes of playing – After 2 hours of dealing with varies Amazon Service People they sent me another – unfortunately they only send “refurnished” units -The one I received had the same problem – got refund. Bought a Fire Stick.

Amazed Being this is a Refurb
I rarely buy anything that is refurbished, but I am amazed with this one. The packaging was as if it was neevr removed from the box. Set up was simple as can be and it is fast. This Next Gen cube with the additional options on the remote is a welcomed benefit. Totally impressed. I went ahead and bought a second for my patio TV. This chnaged my mind about refurbs. What a greta purchase.
