good sound, not comfortable
These work just fine but hurt my ears if I wear them for 20 minutes.

Comfortable and good battery
This is only a preliminary review but I’m really hoping they stay working so well.Straight out of the box the case was at 98% charge. After removing the little safety stickers from the earbuds they charged up pretty quickly. I like to wear one earbud to bed to listen to audiobooks. These are really comfortable with their soft ear hook, it doesn’t poke you behind the ear at all. The battery in one bud lasted the whole time I was asleep! I really like that there are physical volume buttons on each bud so you don’t have to try to wiggle your finger on some random spot.

It’s okay
Pros:- connects quickly to paired device- Decent sound quality but keep your expectations reasonable- surprisingly worked even after dropping it in the tile mortar- easy to wearCons:- connects only to 1 device at a time. I didn’t know at the time of purchase- not suitable for calls unless room is really quiet- absolutely hate the texture of the charging case because you cannot open it with one hand and very slippery. No provision to open it unless you have sharp nails

FAILED TO WORK ON FIRST DAY !!!
Immediately after receiving the item, the device was then fully charged. All the proper instructions were followed for pairing the earbuds to each other and to my phone. The left earbud played properly however, the right earbud played very low. Increasing the volume control with the right headset only served to increase the volume of the left earbud more but failed to do anything to the right. Only when the left earbud was placed alone in back in the charging case did the volume of the right earbud increase. When the left earbud was again removed it overrode the right earbud again causing the right volume to become very low and almost silent. Troubleshooting the device as per the video and the included instructions failed to fix the issue. When using the device for phone calls, the other callers advised the sound quality was poor, was “tinny”, had static, and sounded like it was in a tunnel. The other caller’s voice, that of a female, had too much bass. Using the phone’s equalizer under the Sound Settings failed to remove the low bass and had no effect.I initiated a return of the item on the same day I received the device.
