Fun drone for this old guy
This was my first drone purchase. I’m 60 and thought it would be cool to have. I’ve seen such cool footage from drones from the recent hurricanes. I also camp often, and thought of many times where I could fly a drone for fun. I’m familiar with gaming type controllers so figured this could not be that hard to fly.So far, I am impressed with everything about this drone. It comes in a cool looking case that is compact and discrete. Came with 2 batteries, and some extra parts. I read the directions, then watched the video here on Amazon. (Good video, but way too fast. Had to pause a lot) It was pretty straight forward to get flying. Turn it on. Short press for calibration on the right button, then a log press to get it to take off. Immediately it began to hover. I tried to just use one joystick at a time till I got a better grasp of the control. It took me awhile to get the hang of it, but soon I was able to fly a loop around the tree in my yard. The wind was brisk so I was afraid to go very high.The app was easy to download. The pictures and video are easy to operate. The instructions are easy to follow. Nice that it came with some extra blades and a screwdriver to change them. I am amazed at the strength this little device has. It’s hard to hold it when it is fired up! My Samsung S21+ fit right into the controller.I gave this 5 stars I think it is a great beginner and casual user drone. I’m looking forward to getting some more flying time, once the pesky wind settles down. I find it odd that it ask for age under review, and this goes from 1-13+. To me it doesn’t feel like a “toy” at all.

Great Value and Quality Drone for Beginners!
I must say, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a drone at the cost that it was selling for. Upon receiving the package I was pleasantly surprised with the chic look of the carrying case, the boxing and the drone itself.Super light weight, loved that it came with additional blades, screws and a mini screwdriver, instruction manual and easy no hassle instructions.It did not take long to start it up and give it a go.As with any new devices I always like to ensure to tighten screws etc, and that’s exactly what I did just to be sure I was giving myself the best possibly chance not to mess anything up!The instruction manual was easy to follow, start up of the drone was amazing and it was very exciting to see it come off the ground and get some air.I played with it for an hour trying to master all of the possible controls, recording videos and taking photos which I must say was much better quality than anticipated that download directly to your phone which I loved.Very excited to get out there again today and give it another go! This is my first drone and I’m very excited about the purchase.

Great for beginners
I recently purchased this drone and overall, Iâm very impressed with its performance. I ordered this as a practice drone before investing in a better one and honestly this was impressive for the price I paid. The camera delivers clear, crisp video and photos and I was able to capture some great footage from the sky. It’s a solid option for beginners who want decent quality without breaking the bank.

Perfect beginner drone
Upon opening the package, I am impressed by how neat this drone is organized in its carrying bag. This is not usual for a low-budget drone.Pros:- Even it is light weighted, it is still able to withstand less than 10 mph breeze without significant drifting- Operating the drone is quite intuitive with some minor differences from other brands- Two batteries come with the drone, and they are capable of flying for at least 20 mins- The instruction video is very helpful with some of the special buttons, i.e. calibration, 360 flip, speed control, etc.Cons:- I wish the manual comes with it has more info on how to fly as this is a beginner drone. But the video definitely helps.- The camera is subpar, giving that it is a budget beginner drone, this is expected.With how easy it flies for drone training, I highly recommend it for whoever is just into drone flying.

will catch on fire!! No replacement or refund
Past couple of days my son has been flying the drone & he gets it in the sky and all of the sudden it just drops. Today he turned it on and the propeller was just spinning & then the sudden it started smoking. Since I bought this in Oct for a Christmas gift I will not be able to get a replacement or a refund!!! I start buy Christmas early. Iâm upset but sons heart is so broken!!!

Very nice and compact drone
I bought this as a Christmas gift but have looked at it. Itâs quite nice. It has spare blades that should be handy. I will update when the gift has been received and used. I really like the case for it! The recipient is an 11 year old boy who is quite proficient with gaming so he should be able to operate this fairly easily. With supervision of course! A very nice gift for the right person!
