Perfect home office chair
As many companies switch to tele-commuting, employees who once had fancy ergonomic office chairs and desks find themselves working all day long on their dinette. This chair is as comfortable and supportive as high-end office furniture, but at a surprisingly low price. It fits through a 30 inch door–barely. It takes up a lot of floor space. But if you have to work at home it will save your tailbone. We are ordering a second one. Also, I should mention that the Amazon price is better than the price at a Staples store.

Excellent ergonomics
Delivery earlier than expected. Easy assembly of the chair. The comfort and ergonomics are awesome. The cost/Value ratio is excellent.

great chair with a few flaws.
great chair only 2 flaws that I can see.1) the part that the wheels connect to breaks too easily, (filling the holes with epoxy seems to fix this)2) incredibly hard to disassemble. the mechanism, piston, and legs get so friction fit that they can not be disassembled. If one part breaks, you must replace all three because they are fused. (customer service is very understanding and helpfull if under warranty)

The mesh seat fabric failed quickly
The mesh seat fabric pulled away from the frame after just a few months of use. I expected much better quality considering the price. I could also find no replacement seats making it a complete throwaway. I would not recommend, nor would I buy another mesh chair from Staples. As for comfort, the lumbar support is good for a short while but it quickly becomes more of a hinderance as the strap stretches and the positioning of support is not consistent without fussing with it. Prior to failure, the sides of the seat support would put pressure on the outside of my hips as the seat fabric stretched. I ended up putting a 3″ foam patio furniture cushion on top to try to eliminate the problem. Still the mesh failed. I could have done myself a service by purchasing a standard type cushioned chair. Do not buy this as it is of inferior quality. And why can I not rate this product as a zero star?

Comfortable but noisy
The head piece was hard to install. It creaks as you lean back, but is it a beautiful shape and feels comfortable. Great alternative to Aeron looks-wise. It looses against the Aeron when it comes to mobility and silence. Good for your home office and gaming. It has fine lumbar support.

Very impressed
I am very happy with this chair, it is very comfortable, and offers great back/neck support when needed. I have multiple cats who also love this chair, I simply can’t keep them out of it. That being said the cats have not caused any damage to the chair even though they like to get their paws all over it. I have used this chair for several hours a day for over a year and I have no complaints.100% recommended.
