Easy-to-follow directions; comfortable; rolls smoothly; headrest needs adjustments 3.5star
This Top Job Fashionable Office chair was easy to put together. A teen was able to do this by himself. The armrests move too easily. If I pull the chair to me to sit down, the armrests readjust and I have to reposition them when I sit down. Thereâs no way to âlockâ them into position. The armrest do not have any cushion whatsoever. Thankfully, I had some cushions I use on my wheelchair so I was able to transfer those to my desk chair. Arm cushions make this chair much more comfortable. I usually have many cushions in my chair to help support my body but with this chair, I donât need them. I had transferred them to this chair but they took up all the seat space so I had to take them off. I feel that the headrest doesnât adjust fully enough to accommodate those who are of shorter stature. I canât get the headrest quite low enough for my liking but itâs in a decent position. The wheels are slightly different from regular office chair wheels and roll pretty smoothly on uncarpeted flooring. I do find them to be a little loud though so I brought my rubber wheels over from my other chair. I wish the lumbar support adjusted just a bit higher. If you have extra body in the back, the lumbar support doesnât go up high enough so itâs resting on the top of my bum instead of in the dip of my back where I need it. Iâm 5ft 3in and weigh 198lbs. I love the ease of reclining this chair offers. The swivel is good. The leg rest is nice but the bar doesnât feel very sturdy and bends as if Iâm going to snap it off. It works better when itâs extended and I rest my legs but thereâs too much pressure if i was to bring my knees up to an angle to support book reading. After using this chair for a while, I’ve come to like it very much. I deal with the armrest shifting by readjusting them whenever they have moved. The seat is comfortable and doesn’t make my legs fall asleep.

Clear instructions to put it together. The chair is very stylish, sturdy. I didnât realize the footrest can be so useful. I have been discovering new ways of sitting every day. None of the expensive chairs come with footrest. Such a good value for money.

Overall decent
This chair is as advertised. It is comfortable and works well for someone with significant back issues. Putting it together was okay. The footrest was put into its slot the wrong way which initially caused issues, but it only required removing a screw and flipping it. Once we figured out that it came put together incorrectly it was easy to fix. Some of the screws don’t fit great and there is one spot where we could not get a screw to tighten all of the way because the holes don’t line up exactly. It is not in a place where it will impact the stability of the chair, but it may impact the ability to adjust the arms. There were also some parts that were difficult to “fit” in due to the design. Overall I would purchase as the finished product is comfortable, appears durable, and is easy to adjust/use. It may be worth finding something easier to put together. There are no major concerns/issues with function.

Adjustable office chair
This chair comes unassembled and includes all parts of the chair, all tools needed, and all the screws and washers. It has a built-in leg rest, that you pull out and spin it around until you can set your feet on it. The seat is made of a nice comfortable material, and it’s not scratchy. The chair has the lever you can pull up to lower and raise the height, and it can lean a good amount when you pull the lever out. It has settable arm rests that don’t really work besides at the lowest point, it will just fall down when you set your arms on it. The head rest is a nice feature too. Overall, I think this chair would work really well for most people and although I ordered black, I really like that there are unconventional color choices available for the more adventurous.

missed the mark in several small ways
I originally ordered this for my daughter because her current chair is broken. She tried it and said the seat wasn’t comfortable. I tried it myself and thought the seat was comfortable, but the headrest wouldn’t maintain the position I needed and the leg rest didn’t work for me. It felt like my center of gravity wasn’t quite right for this chair. I asked my wife to try it and she thought the seat was comfortable but she leans forward while working so she wouldn’t use the leg rest or headrest or even the back of the chair. Assembly took 54 minutes using the tools they provided. The instructions were good, but not great. In terms of build quality, I expected more for a chair at this price point. I think if the headrest had stayed in place and if the seat back could have been adjusted so it is farther back then I would have liked this chair better.
