Keeps it safe
First one I got was obviously used and sent to me without the magnetic USB charger or any of the installation hardware (also someone drew all over it). Amazon sent a replacement the next day, that one was new and had all its parts. Works good and charges it about the same. Obviously it doesn’t charge the controllers since they take double A batteries but some people may not realize that. The main reason I bought it was to keep the VR set out of reach of my toddler and it does that very well. Cheap plastic but shouldn’t be a problem if you keep it somewhere it won’t get bumped into.

Works great
I was tired of my kids just leaving the headset all over the place. This gives them the perfect place to store it when not in use. The value for the money on this product is great.

Quick and easy to use
Product even has a template for placement of screws. Made it very easy to use.

Good as can be expected
This was a good buy for the money. Not the greatest quality. But far from junk and good as I can how for considering the low price.

Charging
Does not charge very well. Have to mess with it many times through out the charging to keep it charging

Completely useless and cheap
First of all this is made of very cheap plastic, its much lighter than the headset so it doesn’t feel secure at all. Putting the headset in and out is a pain, especially if you have the Elite strap because this makes the headset even heavier. The controller holes don’t save any space either, they’re just placed on the side instead of facing up.Second, YOU CAN’T TURN THE LIGHT OFF. This was very misleading because one of the answers says you can, but what they really mean is you can turn the base off and have it not charge at all. So unless you like to sleep with your room lighted up like a Christmas tree, there’s nothing you can do but turn this thing off and on every single night completely defeating the purpose of the dock.Third, This didn’t come with an adapter/magnet for the link cable that goes to your PC, so if you ever plan to plug your headset to your PC (And you should) then you have to remove the magnet for the base each time and put it back on to charge. What were they thinking!?Finally, they didn’t include an AC adapter. This is a really big pet peeve of mine, you literally cant use this out of the box unless you have an AC adapter with an USB C slot. If it came with and USB C to regular USB then maybe but this is USBC to USBC. So you can’t even use it out of the box. This is a big disappointment, I’m even considering sending this back because at this point just plugin in my headset to the wall and leaving it over the desk on its own is a better option than using this.

Some problems
I ordered this because it was wall-mountable and compact. I like those aspects of it, however there were a few issues, all using wall-mounted so may not be issues if not using that feature:1. The mounting mechanism from the device to the wall is quite loose, got the screws as tight as we could but without some sort of rubber gasket or another way to anchor it it comes off the wall frequently when you try to remove the headset2. The hanging hook for the headset requires the IPD to be set to max. Fine if you have wide set eyes, if you donât you will be working that plastic mechanism of your headset far more than intended (every time you take it on and off the rack3. The magnet port doesnât stick out far enough – took a lot of jiggering each time you use it to get it to connect, and sometimes gravity would be strong enough to undo it before fully charged4. It does not stop charging when fully charged which was the main feature I was looking for.

I love it.
Itâs very convenient. Especially if you have kids and donât like things just all out and all over the place. Itâs small enough to fit on your TV or on a stand in your bedroom. It comes with extra chargers in case you lose them ! Which I love because I always lose things. It charges it just fine. You do have to position it a bit to get it on there but it literally takes a second. I also love that it changes colors. Really cute.

Worked as it should. The charging port is placed accurately and there is no “fiddling” with the unit to get it to charge, it just works as soon as you place it in the holder. We have ours mounted to the wall so it’s not taking up table space.

After a year of use we still like this charger. It works well, looks cool. Itâs a little awkward to put the hand devices in but they are fine. Biggest downside is that we lost the very small piece that goes into the type C port to adapt it to charge. If you lose that the whole thing becomes useless. 🙁 can find a replacement.

Steady, but charging divots could be better. Gotta pay attention how you put it on, or it wonât charge.

It doesnât seem to light up strong all the way some spot are strong and some does not even light up its what you get for the price it does the job charge perfectly but not the prettiest

Worked ok for almost two months but now won’t charge my headset and itâs perfectly aligned in the cradle. The charger is getting power, lighting up like it should but no charge. Plug the headset directly to the cord and it charges fine. Complete waste of money
