Perfect!
at first, I was a little overwhelmed with all the pieces that I needed to put together for this, but once I had them laid out and looked at the instructions it all made sense. It only took me about 30 minutes to put it together. The only problem I had was getting the wheels to seat. I did not like the wheels that came with it. These are the standard casters and I have carpet so it never rolls right. Therefore, I had ordered a different sort of wheel from a different seller that works beautifully on carpet. This is a very comfortable chair. The seat is thick enough that you donât feel like youâre sitting on a board. The back is very supportive and comfortable and the headrest adjusts up and down to suit your height. Also, there is an adjustable lumbar support which makes the chair even more comfortable. This was a bit more expensive than I have ever paid for an office chair, but hereâs the thing I feel like Iâve wasted my money on all the other office chairs Iâve bought in the past that were not comfortable… not sturdy…. The seat was too narrow, or had a strange forward slant… just not what I wanted or needed. I think this will probably be the last one I ever buy. donât let the price make you pass this by. I highly recommend it and I would buy it again if I had ever needed another chair… like if this one burned up in a fire or something. LOL!

Sturdy and comfortable
I received this chair and started the sorting of parts took a deep breath and prepared for the task of assembly. The parts were very well identified and easy to use, even the typically weak wrench they include was easy to use. One thing that amazed me was the quality of even the package and how it was put into the very heavy duty box. Each part was wrapped and placed so there couldnât have been damage unless the box was run over by a truck. Down to the mechanism was doubled covered with wrap then cardboard. So as for the instructions my only complaint is how small the type is but Iâd say that about any instructions. Trust me when I say over 60, have a magnifying glass handy ð. So each step of assembly includes a picture plus parts needed. While putting together they had me put on the arms and mechanism that sits on the gas shock. At first I thought this was odd and would be a pain when put to go the back but I was wrong. The instructions had a picture of how the seat could be put on the shipping box so it was easy to put in the back of the chair. From there turn it over and set it on the base assembly. It took me about 30 minutes to complete the assembly and probably easiest office chair Iâve put together. Finally after head rest was in place I finally got to sit down. The arms seem very close together Iâll have to double check to see if I put them into correct screw location. The seat is firm and very comfortable as well as the back. I love how the lumbar works. It sits in just the right spot and you can adjust it forward or back as needed.. The headrest is very easy to adjust up and down and move back and forth to your liking. Once I had everything the way I liked I pulled out the leg rest and leaned back. I didnât expect the leg rest to be comfortable or sturdy but I was wrong, the leg rest cradled my calfâs and even though my feet hang off end it was comfortable. Also because of the design of mesh back and the leg rest this chair is cool. In my previous leather chair it could get have warm and cold in the winter. Overall Iâm giving this chair 5 starts because it was easy to assemble, each piece felt 1st rate, and the comfort. I highly recommend and would buy again.

Less than a week of use – and – this has the feel of quality.
I had to laugh at the flimsy plastic cover on the wheel post. And I thought something like, “wow, if the rest is like that, I should send it back immediately. Then I examined all the various parts in the box. I laughed again at the flimsy plastic cover, because all the other pieces seem very solid. Legs and wheel mounts are heavy metal – good. The seat post is heavy metal and solid – good. So I thought that flimsy plastic item, strictly decorative, is perfectly adequate. The fact that a simple plastic cover is used to perform a simple duty – that’s “spot on.” Where solid and heavy is required – it’s there. I like this so far.Then there is movement…all things that move are smooth and tight. No slip, no slop. It feels like the machining and components are fit really well. Seat up, seat down – smooth. Rotate – smooth. Roll – smooth. The adjustable lumbar support is easy and precious – what a treat. And the cushion – that is terrific, as comfortable as I have used.Then there is the “not so great” – 1. height of the backrest and headrest. My legs are short and torso is long, so the headrest is just at the top of my shoulders. It doesn’t fit me well. A taller version of the backrest would have been a great option. Or perhaps an adjustable backrest. Maybe that is a different model that I just didn’t see. 2. The tensioner that controls the backrest leaning back doesn’t seem to adjust tight enough. I’ve turned it as far as I can, and worked it back and forth, but it is still a bit to “soft.” I hope that improves over time. It’s not a deal breakerOverall, this is a really good chair, and is more than 4 stars. I’m glad I bought it.

A little too narrow for me, but a great chair
Received chair and packaging was good. No damage and all parts included. Easy to put together. Chair is a bit of the narrow side and I would prefer adjustable arms that can be widen. But the quality is great for the price and it is comfortable to sit on for long hours. Customer service is TOP notch! I consulted them and they respond quickly!

Trabajo todo el dÃa desde casa y he utilizado varias sillas pero ninguna se compara como esta, super comoda, no te genera calor y sobre todo los materiales bienen de muy buena calidad. Para alguien que esta más de 5 horas al dÃa sentado le conviene bastante. No me arrepiento de esta inversión a largo plazo.

Finally after a lot of trials we have chanced upon something that different members of our family find comfortable. I am five feet tall and my husband is over six feet. This meant we could never share an office chair because chairs that work for short people donât work for tall people and vice versa.In this chair almost every aspect is customizable- the height, degree of recline, the arms ( including angle), the neck support, the foot support and the neck support. Great chair for a great price. We have had it for a month. Hopefully it lasts.
