Itâs better than I thought
Itâs actually a decent printer. Itâs small so it doesnât need a lot of space. I just donât like the type of paper it comes with

Convenient, quality prints
I am often required to âwet signâ documents when Iâm on the road or not near a printer. With the Phomemo thermal printer, I print my document, sign it with a pen, scan it with my phone, and return the document by email. It has excellent print quality, that is nice and dark, with better-than-expected resolution.

DO NOT BUY***WASTE OF MONEY
Purchased for work, and I have yet to be able to print from my laptop. Customer service tried to help with connecting/downloading software to print. Nothingâ¦.driver not found. They referred me to their other IT specialist, who only contacts me via email with video instructions. Nothing! They asked for video proof of what I did. I sent it. Now they want me to give them remote access while they âinstallâ it themselvesâ¦thatâs where I draw the line. Iâm not giving anyone access to my computer. Iâve asked for a refund but nothing. Now Iâm stuck with a piece of expensive trash. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Very nice and useful, with one problem.
I was looking for a printer for travel to use with my MacBook Air M2. This fit the bill but there is an issue with the USB C port. The problem affects a number of these travel printers. The problem is that you can not use a USB C to USB C with them. If you use a USB A to USB C and an adapter then it will work fine. The problem from what I have found is that they didn’t include resistors on the USB C port to tell the computer that it is connected. I think this is a bad design decision since all new Macs only have USB C ports as do newer Windows computers. You can not use Bluetooth to print from a Mac to the printer. This is not a deal breaker as it is a very nice printer and the drivers support Mac’s (with both ARM and Intel processors), as well as Windows computers (with Intel and ARM processors.). Plus iPhone, iPads, and Android devices.

The printer is excellent for some quick printing jobs. The quality of the print is readable, way better than your grocery receipt. I reached out to their customer service to ask if I can use thermal sticker paper on this, and they said yes, which is perfect for my budding business. The only downside is I canât seem to cut the paper roll properly. Maybe itâs just me, so Iâll just stick to the normal thermal paper.
