Great Camera
This camera is a great buy especially for the price. The picture is clear and you can see a long ways with it. The motion detection is spot on. Setting it up was easy, done in less than 4 minutes. I like the way that they designed the mounting bracket, it makes it more sturdy and reliable. This camera made it through Hurricane Beryl!!!! I forgot to take down the cameras and when I remembered it was too late. When I was able to go outside I was shocked! Camera still there, functioning and still secured on my house. I’ll be buying some more.

Very good camera with extensive features, but with one flaw
I really like this camera system with many features that I have looked for and other cameras that were not available. The only issue I have with this camera is the SD card That the camera destroys when you attempt to format it. If you donât format it, it recognizes it as functioning , but the camera destroys it when you attempt to reset and format it. If you donât format it itâs fine , the other issue is the constant hounding by the manufacturer to attempt to make you purchase a membership for cloud storage whenever you try to view the stored videos , I just wish they would make it simpler to connect the SD card without all the complicated connection issues and the destruction of the card when you try to format it. Before formatting the camera recognizes it after formatting it is no longer functional?

Dont trust the manufacturer.
When you add a credit card to use the cloud u cant delete it it shows you can unsubcribe but will still try taking the money if u forget to pay and cancel it wont let u it will say u are already subscribed. Even after a month of not paying. No way to stop payment.

Tried more than 6 different brands cameras last ten years, this is best one so far. Bought 2 and installed 4 days ago, took a while to get camera online, failed to connect my current home wifi, have to set up a new 2.4G WiFi network to get cameras online. app is easy to use, the dual camera works well, can tilt the lower camera on app, and auto tracking people around. Little bit over sensitive. Overall great camera, will buy more

I bought this productï¼this isnât my first camera from SVC3 and once again it hasnât disappointed.So easy to install, just need to fix it to the wall or ceiling and then a power source and in-range WiFi. Takes all of 10 minutes to get it up and running through their App.The pan and tilt feature is seamless and the picture quality excellent. The night vision is great and the floodlights are also a nice addition to this camera. A great feature if you did ever need to deter intruders!I will recommend this to my friends.

This camera is decent hardware, although it is only 2.4GHZ band, but it is designed for outdoor conditions, which protected circuits and decent Outdoor AC adapter. HOWEVER, the software/firmware/app is the worst I’ve seen! Even though you have to pay to get Humanoid figures detected, it doesn’t detect Humans properly, so it is either no detection or sometimes detecting a rain drop as human! I tried so hard to work with customer service on fixing these bugs for the last month, but the response is slow and no resolution in sight! They also told me that the Fixed wide angle camera (the one on top) doesn’t even have Humanoid detection capabilities! Let alone that app notifications for motion detection are sometimes delayed or missed! Overall, you CANNOT depend on this camera to notify you properly and correctly when a real event occur, which defeats the purpose of having it in the first place!

The camera itself looks good but only 1 of the 2 cameras actually works and if you want to use the motion tracking camera you have to pay a monthly or yearly fee which you don’t find out about until you install the app and try the camera out.This is a disgraceful way of running a business and customers should be informed about all extra cost they may have to pay to use a product, absolutely ð¯% not happy with this as the motion tracking is the main reason I bought it in the first place.
