    Almost great
This set of bluetooth headphones are *almost* perfect, but the primary flaw is major. First, the positives:(1) The fit is pretty universal – they work in my Outdoor Master helmets (of course), but they also fit just fine in my Smith helmet (the Outdoor Master helmets are much easier to access the ear muff portion so I wore my OM helmet with these headphones)(2) The sound is great, and if you want to blow out your eardrums these will do it … personally, I keep my volume low so I’m more aware of my surroundings, particularly noobs that stop, drop, and roll on the slopes without warning(3) Pairing is a cinch – it’s done with a push of the button while the headphones are in the case, and speaking of the case …(4) The charging case is a nice touch to keep the headphones safe and secure when not in use(5) The controls don’t require an understanding of quantum mechanics, but there’s a lot of controls for such a simple design(6) Battery life claims to be 10 hours – my last ski trip I skied 4 days in a row for about 2-3 hours each day and did not recharge them until after my last day (mostly I just forgot to take them out each day … it wasn’t an intentional battery test). I don’t have music playing the whole time because I’m usually chatting on the long gondola rides, etc., but I’d say I put at least 7-8 hours on these headphones when fully charged and didn’t run out of juice. The major flaw for me is that the only way to turn these ‘off’ is to put them in the charging case. In other words, once they’re in the helmet ear muff pads and connected to the phone, you’re stuck with them unless you remove them and put them in the case. That’s a major pain, especially when stopping for some hot chocolate at the lodge and I’m trying to make a few phone calls to catch up with friends on the mountain. I don’t want to wear my helmet to make the calls (the headphones are still paired, and of course I could disconnect them on my phone but then I’d have to re-pair them!), and while it’s not moving heaven and earth to get them into the helmet, it’s still not *easy*.Overall I do like them, and hopefully OM takes note of these reviews and fixes that on/off flaw in the next generation of these headphones. At $80 the price is good for what you get, and despite the complaint about not being able to power them down I have every intention of using these until they wear out.

Game changer for skiing and taking calls
I hate when I need to pull out my phone while skiing to take a call. My hands eventually freeze and don’t get warm again. With this OutdoorMaster helmet headphone set, I can answer and hang up calls. You need a helmet that the earflaps are speaker ready with pouches. Mine is also OutdoorMaster brand and they fit perfectly. It did take me quite a few tries to pull the flaps out to access the velcro pouches though. I hope the batteries last a good while so I don’t have to pull them out too often. The case they come in is convenient, however it would be nice if they had a battery and charged the headphones without being plugged in (like earbuds do).The headphones were easy to pair once I figured out you needed to remove the tiny plastic tape that covered the charge terminals. Sound quality is good and I do not notice them wearing the helmet. It was easy to answer a call, just tap the speaker.Only thing I wonder about, is how they turn off when you finish skiing. I think if you stay nearby, it stays connected. I have had to remember to turn off Bluetooth, then turn back on.I don’t use them for music while skiing so I cannot comment on that. I does great for me with calls.

Perfect Wireless Headphones for the Slopes
These wireless ski helmet headphones have been a fantastic addition to my ski gear. Pairing them with my phone was quick and hassle-free, and the Bluetooth connection is stable even on long runs. The sound quality is impressive. These headphones fit securely in the ear flaps of my helmet and stay put during intense activity. The glove-friendly controls are a lifesaver, letting me adjust the volume without removing my gloves. Speaking of calls, the built-in microphone works perfectly—I can answer calls with a tap and stay connected without exposing my hands to the cold. The battery life is excellent; they easily last through a full day on the slopes. The included storage case is handy, though I wish it had a built-in charging feature.Overall, these headphones are reliable, comfortable, and practical. If you want great audio while skiing, these are an excellent choice!

    Too thicccc
The functionality of the headphones worked great. The button controls were easy to use too. However, the width of the speakers were too thick and presses up against your ears. I thought it would just be something to get used to, nope. Reached the point where it was more of a nuisance to wear than jamming out. Bummed
