Glad I finally retired my old headset!
I just got these headphones a couple days ago and I love them! I can pair it with my phone, my daughter can pair it to her switch, the wireless mode with USB is what I use with my Xbox. No connectivity issues unless I walk into the next room with the USB wireless mode, which is to be expected. Bluetooth is crystal clear across my home! I like that the mouthpiece folds into the headset because I have dumb animals that chew on those parts. It also fits my head. I don’t have a huge head but I have a bit of a noggin.Sound! The important part! Very clear, plenty loud for me but I’m sure some psychos want their stuff even louder? I don’t run them on max, no need to, they block external sound pretty dang good.Im giving these a 10 out of 10. Compared to what some models of these gaming headsets cost, these are a solid build of purpose and functionality! Does all that I need them to do, convenient usb-c charge port, comfortable on the dome, sound amazing, and less thab $100!

The value was great at the time and my son needed a much better headset than the ol’ 5$-10$ “gaming headsets” from whatever cheap store. Basically lil man showed he could take care of headsets and we graduated to a nice wireless set! TB has always been good for me in the past so i figure I’ll go for it. He absolutely loves them!The battery life is great, the voice quality is very good, the connectivity is great and overall the set has good functionality. He also says they are super comfortable and don’t hurt his ears! Said they have really loud sound and he can hear enemies much better. He says he definitely recommends it to all his friends!

BROKE THE VERY NEXT DAY
So I just received this mic yesterday and off the bat I had issues with hearing game volume everything I tried wouldnt work then it randomly started working when I turned on Bluetooth mode and switched back to wireless mode then I had to hook the mic up to my laptop to update it and turn the mic monitoring off and it was having issues connecting to my computer as well when I finally got it synced it started updating and randomly stopped at 50% on the transmitter update and wouldn’t finish but afterwards it worked fine the rest of the night the next day came home from work got on Xbox turned the mic on it paired with the transmitter but again no game volume so I sat there for hours trying everything possible for some weird reason i could get it to work by flipping the headset mic up and down muting and unmuting but just to test and make sure I wasn’t going to have this issue again I turned the mic off turned it back on it synced with my Xbox but again no game volume! It sucks I really wanted this mic to work it’s really comfortable and lightweight and the sound quality isn’t bad but overall I’m very disappointed and will be sending it back for a refund . If I were you I would stay away from this headset and go with a pair of Astros or steel series I was trying to save money and get this but after this I’m just going to go ahead and drop 150 and get the steel series arctic 7x.

Turtle Beach has had a very good reputation many, many years ago, and I was looking for a budget friendly gaming headset. I see this product came out to the market approx April 2024 this year, and that as a promo, Amazon Vine (and possibly other major retailers) working alongside Turtle Beach, gave out this item for free to reviewers to write an honest review. Well, I am NOT one of them but my review IS Honest. I purchased this item reading what I thought were honest reviews. Quite a few reviewers failed to mention that the Firmware Update is Mandatory for this Item to Fully Function, AND that it takes at least an Intermediate to Advanced IT Person to figure out that if you want to use this item on Windows 11, the installation will shut down every time if you don’t configure the Setup file for compatibility. ADD to this mess, even if you’re lucky to get the software installed, You will then need to use your phone to download the APP to complete the Firmware update! It is a 3 STEP PROCESS THAT TOOK ME 5 HOURS.Whenever I go back to the PC app, the app says device disconnected even when I turn the headphones on. Another glitch right there.ALSO, the USB Transmitter Dongle will be Flashing RED. This does not mean it’s not working as it’s working for me. It rarely turns Green which is ODD because doesn’t Green usually mean GO?Folks this item is not worth the trouble for this price. I am awaiting a reply back from Turtle Beach Customer Service regarding the software installation issue.Other negatives: You have to unscrew and rescrew the band to make the headband piece if you have a larger head size.A small section of the earpiece/faux leather foam came dented and cosmetically i can’t get it to get back into shape.the 1 star is for the sound quality and things working out to satisfaction after all was fixed on my end.If it breaks or fails, then Zero.Update as of 8/14/24: It appears that the Support Team fixed quite a number of issues mentioned above. I will update to 3 stars. The PC application is now recognizing when I power on the headset.Audio quality was also upped to 24 bit 48000 Hz as windows default which is not the best but decent.Minor glitch: Once you turn on the headset, you have to go to settings and change the speaker to the headset and vice versa when you want to go back to your PC speakers (Hopefully there will be an update/fix for this soon). The sound (and especially bass) when playing games is far superior than listening to music, so I guess this is the reason they call it a gaming headset lol.Update: Nov 2024: All technical glitches have been resolved to the best of the manufacturer (as long as you follow the instructions carefully. The sound quality remains amazing and most (if not all of above issues have been fixed via firmware updates. I upped this review to 5 stars. I highly recommend this item now.

GREAT FOR GAMING
My son has an older Xbox 1 series s. And these work great. He said the noise canceling part is in his words âsigmaâ which Iâm told is basically saying he likes them. Also, the mic is actually terrible some that weâve bought in the past he seems to break. And he said that the range of distance he walks away from his Xbox. Itâs nice because he will be walking all around the house while his Xbox is upstairs in his room and he can still hear everything perfectly going on in his matches! So with that said Take it from a 14-year-old and buy these because they are the best!!

Upgraded to this headset from an old pair of wired Turtle Beach’s and couldn’t be happier. Sound quality is great, bluetooth + wireless options for connecting to my Xbox is sweet, and the no wires is a game changer.Highly recommend if you’re looking to make the jump from a wired to wireless.

Intituler «livré» le 11, alors que rien du tout, et finalement il a était livré avant hier et en plus pas à la bonne adresse !!! Alors que juste avant je croise le livreur et lui indique la maison à laquelle livrée ! Franchement déçu de chez déçu !!!!!!!
