I was in the market for a simple additional budget-friendly pro type controller for my Nintendo Switch and came across this one. I’m not the type that needs additional triggers or programmable buttons, but I am thoroughly impressed with this control with its price point.Its lighter than the standard pro-controller, has multiple lighting features to select from, buttons feel great and are responsive, charges fairly quick via USB-C, and is an alluring color between purple and blue so I’ll refer to it as…Purblue? Maybe even Blurple? Overall, I would highly recommend this controller for anyone in the market searching for one.

Great controller
This is a s great little controller for the perfect price. You get several different ways to use the RGB lights, it has vibrations, turbo and two map buttons that allow you to save those complex combos into a single button.While this is listed as a switch controller it is actually a Xbox controller. Also the listing claims you need a cable to use the controller on your PC .if you have Bluetooth, you can indeed use it wireless. I have easily sat this up for PC, phone and fire stick. The buttons and sticks, work without fail, and the response time is great. The controller is comfortable and what you expect from a Xbox controller.

The remote turns on your switch from a distance which is my favorite feature.It’s lightPrettyAnd multiple color featuresYou could even turn off the lights just to stretch the battery.Ah speaking of battery I stress tested the remote compare to a original (2024, 2023, 2022, 2020) Nintendo remotes. It is about the same game play as a remote from 2020. Which is about 30-20 hours of game play. Which isn’t bad. At first connection the sticks feel off and does glitch slightly but after the stress test it seem to fix itself after. I’m surprised at the remote. Its good even during competition play like fortnite. But it thrives in easier game plays. Like mine craft.It’s so comfortable and soft in the hands. Its worth it I just didn’t give full stars for battery hours because the 2024 remotes can do 40 hours easy.However if this is for a rage player my concern would be if you throw it, it can take damage considering its weight. I didn’t want to risk testing it for rage test.

What a fantastic little controller! My cozy gaming group has been recommending it like crazy, and after seeing it everywhere, I couldnât resist getting one for myself.First of all: the controller itself is insanely pretty. The stars even gradually shift colors on the default setting! You can change the colors if you want, tooâthere are two rainbow palettes, several solid colors, and an option to turn them off completely. My only complaint is that I wish there was a way to turn down the brightness a bit, but it isnât enough to be super distracting!As for the durability: Iâve only had it for a day, but it seems sturdy so far! The buttons are slightly clicky in a satisfying way, without being too loud or clunky. The D-pad is maybe a TINY bit stiffer than Iâd prefer, but only if Iâm being picky about it! It isnât loose at all and feels very well-made, so really itâs more of a pro than a con.It is easy to hold, lightweight without feeling cheap, and fits great in my hands! The grips are very slightly textured which helps you hold onto it, without being distracting. Iâve found that a lot of controllers or other gadgets are made for âguy handsâ and are just the slightest bit too big for me, but this works great. I can imagine it might be too small to use comfortably if you do have larger hands, though!Many reviewers had difficulties with pairing the Bluetooth, but it worked like a charm for me. The battery seems to last several hours, as Iâm still at the full four bars after 1.5 hours of play.Overall, for $20 Iâm shocked at the quality! Iâll definitely update if anything goes wrong, but for now Iâm very happy with it and slightly obsessed. Great investment! ð

My favorite Switch controller
This is hands down my favorite controller, even above my Pro controllers or expensive ones. It’s cheap but doesn’t feel cheap at all. It connects well to the Switch, needs a little bit of urging to connect to the Steam Deck and PC, but plays great on all 3 systems. It is ADORABLE. I show it to everyone and they always want the link to get their own. Highly recommend.

My daughter really likes this
I have a 21 year old who is a gamer and her other controller broke. This controller is great. She loves the lights and you can change the color of the lights. Also, she says it has a good response time and no glitches. The battery lasts a long time and she’s very happy with it. If she’s happy, I’m happy. I have not had a chance to use it myself, but I’ve seen her use it, and in a dark room it is nice.

Beautiful and a great buy!
My kids love it and it’s actually comfortable to hold. It connects perfectly and the buttons are smooth and responsive as can be! A little bit for kids but it’s everything it says it is. I’m probably gonna buy one or two more lol.
