A Great Selfie Light
This is a great ring light. It’s simple and does what it’s supposed to. My only gripe is that it isn’t tall enough for me at 6’3″. That isn’t the fault of the product or manufacturer. That is mine for not reading the dimensions before buying!I washed the little remote control shortly after purchasing so I can’t speak too much on the longevity of that part of this purchase. Before sealing its fate with a washing machine, it worked great.

Versatile and easy to set up.
Ring light tripods are nowadays a commodity. You can find many, from really cheap ones to super expensive one. I needed something right in the middle with the basic functions… Collapse and extend in seconds, with a adjust the light level, select between warm and white, and adapt one or two devices to the tripod.I found this guy and it looked good for the price, plus it had good reviews.The light does indeed has the ability to select white, warm, or in the middle for light type. It also has the ability to adjust how bright it is, either up or downwards. It can perfectly hold not only 2 or 3 phones with the included adapters, but it can also hold a webcam without balance compromise.The overall quality is good – in terms of materials, paint, mechanism, and assembly. I see it as a great addition for my YouTubing gig.

Nice, even lighting. Nice tripod too!
I was surprised with just how much stuff came for the price. This light is quite large but very nice. It can be mounted to the tripod directly but also comes with an adjustable tube clamp that can mount to anything about 1.25″ or less. I have ended up mounting the light directly to my dual-monitor stand and use the tripod for various other things since it has a standard 1/4″-20 screw on top.The only negative is a whine from the USB supply but it’s not super loud so just putting it behind something is enough to not hear it.

Good light with great phone holder
I purchased this from Amazon and a Sunpak 12″ Bi-color ring light (model VL-LED-162-12RL) from Best Buy about a year ago and kept both. The light output between the two is slightly different, but not enough to give a preference to either one. The Anbes phone holder is more durable – it hasn’t failed yet – but the Sunpak’s holder broke in a couple months.My biggest complaint with the Anbes unit is that the footprint of the folding legs is so small it falls over easily with the slightest bump – while adjustable, it is a maximum 13 inches from foot to foot on the Anbes. The small footprint is okay indoors but doesn’t work very well outdoors on grass or dirt. The Sunpak can be adjusted from 17 to 31 inches, so larger and much more stable on flat floors or varying terrain like grass or dirt.In the end, I’d choose the Anbes if I needed a compact footprint for the tripod. I’d choose the Sunpak if I needed a larger, more stable stand and particularly if I want to use it outside.

Good light; good quality-price match.
We are very happy with this purchase. The light is bright and adjustable. It was easy to put together and has multiple adjustments for height and position. The metal stand is sufficiently strong. The ring feels like plastic but it doesnât matter. It looks good. The phone holder is a little tricky to open and close but we are getting used to it. The remote control device didnât work and the battery was also dead but when I emailed the company and gave them my order number on Friday, they sent a replacement fast! It arrived today (Monday) and it works just fine. Itâs very cool. It Bluetooth syncâd with my iPhone XS camera no problem and starts/stops videos as well as remotely takes photos. We are very happy. Good quality-price match.

Pretty good job, tripod a bit big at the base
Light works well, remote works, easy to put together. If I leave it plugged in it will flicker on & off. One Monday I came into my office & it was on, even though I had turned it off when I left on Friday. The tripod base is a bit big for my desk & itâs just a tad too tall to tuck under the cabinets above my desk or even underneath the desk, so I just move it to the floor when I donât need it.
