Very help, wireless
My husband and I love this for our office. It is extremely helpful when we have business meetings in the conference room. We are able to plug this into our TV and plug the other one into our laptop to share a screen on the TV and it is entirely wireless. It is directed by a USB.Very little to no lag time when using it and makes client experience and meetings go seamlessly when you can see the person screen. And even easier when youâre not tripping up the wires in my opinion, I must-have device for an office.

I recently used this product for live streaming videos, and I was quite pleased with it. The image quality was clear and sharp, providing a satisfactory viewing experience. The HDMI extension cable included was a useful addition for my wall-mounted TV setup, allowing for convenient placement.In addition, the product is not heavy, then you can bring it to anywhere.Just a heads up, if your device’s HDMI port doesn’t provide enough power, you’ll want to make sure to use the included USB cable to connect it to a power source. This ensures that the device receives the necessary power to function flawlessly. It’s a small but crucial detail that ensures your streaming sessions go off without a hitch.

Fantastic Device and As Easy As It Gets
This thing is AMAZING! First of all it was so easy to setup and start using. Truly Plug-and-Play, nothing to do but plug it in to both devices and it connected seamlessly and automatically. The picture quality is wonderful. I played some videos on my laptop and the picture on my 70″ HDTV screen was as good or better than on the laptop. I have the TV connected to my surround sound audio system and the sound quality was excellent as well. Absolutely no lag or buffering between source and output. This is so much nicer than having to run wires to make the connections. In my opinion, all pros and no cons for this product.

Works better than expected
I’ve been using a cheap HDMI transmitter for classroom use, and it’s been a frustrating experience.Not with this one. It does take time, like the cheap one, to pair and negotiate the connection, but once connected it’s just worlds better. Walking between the two doesn’t upset the transmission, and it works at least 30 feet away in a clear line of sight, with the unit behind the TV (so not perfectly clear line of sight – but no walls).As explained it will accept a 4k signal but resize it to 1080. It can only transmit 1080p, and if you need 4k transmission you’re going to be paying 5-10x more than this.Not explained, though, is that it uses a substantial portion of the 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi spectrum. If you’re in a building with multiple wifi networks it’s going to stomp on one or more of them as well as receive interference from one of them. It appears to do a decent job of finding an unused band for the video, so only network admins will notice, and you’ll only notice poor quality streaming if the local RF conditions are already chock full. In those cases you’ll need to consider an HDMI cable, HDMI to ethernet extender, or HDMI fiber optic cable.I haven’t sniffed the communications between these two, they may be encrypted, but given the awesome low latency it wouldn’t surprise me if they weren’t encrypted (encryption adds a measurable delay for encrypting and decrypting). I treat this as a public monitor – if I’m using it then I assume anyone can capture some or all of it at a distance. Don’t use this for sensitive presentations, medical review, or anything even privacy adjacent.Also, notably, this appears to handle HDCP streams just fine.

Cord-Cutting Convenience, But Not for Demanding 4K Content
This Dodomi Wireless HDMI Extender is a simple solution for eliminating unsightly HDMI cables in your home theater. Setup is truly plug-and-play, and it works well for streaming most content from my laptop to my projector. However, when it comes to high-bandwidth content like 4K video or gaming, it can struggle. I experienced some lag and occasional buffering, which isn’t ideal for fast-paced action. The range is decent, but be mindful of walls and obstacles that can weaken the signal. Overall, it’s a good choice for casual viewing, but not the best for high-performance needs.

Good transmitter
I ordered this wireless HDMI transmitter over three weeks ago to streamline videos and workout songs from my laptop and cast them on my TV while I am working out since I needed a solution that could provide some reliable streaming without me having to deal with tangled wires all over the place and this transmitter fits the bill just right.Setting up this transmitter wasnât hard at all since I was able to connect the HDMI ports of both the sender and receiver without any issues and I successfully paired my devices in just few minutes. I also have tried it on my projector, and once I set them up, I switched to the correct HDMI channel, and within few minutes, the video clips from my laptop started transmitting on my projector screen.It transfers the video and sound at the same time, although it has a slight delay that I could barely notice, but besides that this transmitter has been able to deliver 1080P image quality videos and everything is running smoothly. Therefore, I am very satisfied with this wireless HDMI transmitter since it was easy to pair, it is effective, and convenient.

I’ve dabbled in wireless stuffs like this on Kickstarter and so on for some game capturing, just to FIDDLE. Usually they’re OK, usable if it’s all you have. I have to say these have less latency than any other product I’ve tried. That right there makes them worth the price of entry. Quality is high, latency is low, and the price is aboooout right. Would recommend!
