Item: LIMIMART 40″-130″ Smart Mini ProjectorReason for purchase:We were looking to project on the ceiling and needed keystone adjustment.Pros:Miracast, HDMI, Wifi, TV APPS, USB, PRICE!, projects on ceiling, keystone adjustmentCons:1080P (if looking for HD), onboard speaker is tinny, could be brighter in low light, need 270 degree HDMI connector, possibly the same for 3.5mm audio connection, port location at rear.This projector is worth the price at about $100. Out of the box, you will want to connect the device to the wifi to update the software. The UI and software version shipped with our version lacked the ability to select special characters like ?, !, <, >. Keep this in mind if your wifi contains special characters. Updating the software rectified the issue.If using the projector on the ceiling, consider buying a 270 degree (elbow) HDMI connector. This will run you about $5 on Amazon. A good sound system should also be considered. I used a Logitech Z407. A new system may run you about $120, but cheaper solutions may also be used.The USB is useful for a keyboard if you prefer to type in your password. Keep in the mind that the software may not allow special characters until updating.The best environment is one that is dark. The keystone adjustment is best done manually. The ceiling I was projecting on is pitched, so adjusting the keystone is a must. The focus is done manually via the ring on the barrel of the projector.The noise from the projector is insignificant. If the projector is right next to you and you DO NOT have a good speaker system, chances are you will notice the hum of the projector. For me, I’m normally to engrossed in what I am watching.

Worked for few days and the. Started to give all the issues. Pathetic device, netflix stopped working. Always face issue in wifi connection. Tried to connect to hotspot too but it just disconnected wifi in few minutes. Bought the app for screen sharing but that too dont work. Total disaster and disappointment.

Projector is ok picture. Itâs hard to get it to fit your screen. Sound quality was good. Easy to move around. Couldnât figure out how to get to the apps to work. It is a great price.

I bought it for outdoor movies. When not being used outside, I have it set up for watching on the ceiling and paired with Bluetooth for great sound. It is easy to adjust the shape and the picture quality is very good.

An update screwed up most of the apps
This would have been 5 stars but it did an automatic update then stopped allowing me to use most of the apps we were previously using. We canât watch Disney, peacock, Netflix, or Hulu. Only thing itâs good for now is YouTube

We ordered this projector for our bedroom, and I love how easy it was to set up. We didn’t order a screen or anything to project it onto; instead, we just aimed it at our ceiling and now we can watch TV while lying in bed. No more neck pain from staring at the TV!

Great pictureâ¦.. not so great with apps.
Projector has a great picture and setup was easy. The downfall is it doesnât connect to the apps that are offered on the device. Netflix would never download and continued to show errors. The only thing that worked great was YouTube. I didnât bother logging in to Hulu, Disney, because I knew I was returning it.

I purchased this product to use in brightly lit environments where I wanted to project various videos. This projector is very easy to use. It can read off a USB stick, so I can load up my videos onto the USB and just plug it into the back. It requires a mains outlet for power so I needed to purchase a separate portable battery station to use in places where there will be no power outlets. That’s the only limitation however. Bright images are bright and the focus is sharp. The design also allows you to project from various angles. It’s wonderful!The only function that’s not so great is the in-built speakers. It’s useful that the project also provides sound but the sound quality is low so plug it into speakers too, for better sound.
