Awesome Sauce!!
This is a great product! The controllers feel a little cheap and require 2 AAA batteries each, but THE GAMES!! Classic Mario, Sonic, and Crash Bandicoot all in one place. Plus it has classic RPGs like Zelda, Final Fantasy, and Chrono Trigger. It has so many great games and comes with enough save storage space to complete them all. I bought one for my son and after I set his up and watched him play, I bought one for me and one for my cousin for Christmas. This is an actual good buy!

Make sure your TV is up to the challange
This is a pretty cool little emulator. It does come loaded with a bunch of games on it. I am not sure how legit it is thought it says it is only for “Demonstration purposes” and “should be deleted after” in the instructions. Also, I was pretty disappointed because it seems I need to upgrade my TV if I am going to play these games. It said resolution not supported, I contacted the company and they gave me some things to try, but none worked. It turns out it was just my TV is not supported. It’s old but not that old. I tested it on a friends TV and it worked fine. The other thing I was would prefer if it had a rechargeable battery for the controllers. I think I will go broke paying for batteries. But besides those things it is cool and has a ton of games. I don’t know how I will ever scroll through them all let alone play them. Have fun out there.

This is modern old school games.
This is some old school games from the 80’s and 90’s with a modern setup. This thing has 1’000 classic games from defender to asteroids and pacman with a bunch of Mortal Combat knock off thrown in. This simple game set up will take you back to yesteryear to your youth times at the arcade. What has shocked me is that my grandkids are Absolutely addicted to this thing. The draw back is that you are dealing with 1980’s graphics.

Extremely disappointed.
The wireless controllers only worked when I stood within 3 feet of the tv and the unit. Yes I tried brand new batteries. Was so excited to get this but this brand is not useable. Very disappointed.

These things are so great!
I love these little emulator box/stick things! This one caught my eye because of the PlayStation 3 style controllers. We set it up on my son’s desk monitor and it’s really fun! Super easy interface and I can add/remove files if I like. I don’t really know about the $60 price point, I feel like $30-$40 would be more appropriate, but hey, it’s got a lot of stuff on it and you can add your own if you want! I’m probably going to dump my files on this thing’s card because I really like its interface. Cool little unit!

This game system is so great it is alot of fun to play the retro games. It’s so easy to set up and easy to play. This would make a great gift. The price is great. The controllers and all are very durable and sturdy. I recommend this one for anyone who loves to play the old games.

Great Concept, Poor Execution
Hey everyone! It’s your favorite Amazon reviewer, Sean ‘The Tester’ Chao, back again with a new product! Today we’re looking at zhikulong’s Retro Gaming Console.- Build: This product is decently made. The product consists of several components (controllers, plugin stick), all of which are housed in plastic casing. During our inspection, we did not identify any physical manufacturer defect or design flaw. We note that the product components are put together seamlessly.- Price: At the time of writing, this product is priced comparably to similar products on the market. The retro gaming niche is a highly saturated market, and we observed comparable products generally at lower and higher price points. However, this product differentiates itself with a large selection of games, PS4-styled controllers, and a plug-and-play design. For these reasons, we consider this a good value.- Function: This product does not work as intended. In our test, the product would not respond to either controller, even after switching out batteries and positioning the controllers within one foot from the plug-in stick. Total failure that makes this product worthless.- Aesthetics: The product looks great. We especially love the PS4 design of the controllers.Bottom line: We do not like this product. It is priced competitively but fails to work as intended, making it useless. We therefore do not recommend this to anyone looking for this type of product.
