All you need to start recording
This 5K camcorder is unit is great value. Everything you need is included. The resolution is amazing for very affordable price. The inbuilt microphone is fine but you can attach the external microphone included if you need better quality sound. The camcorder is ergonomically designed. Light to hold and all the control functions are easy to access.The camcorder has a WiFi function which allows wireless transferring of video and photos files to your computer.

WOW! Unbelievable quality for the price!
I was amazed with a number of features of this HandiCam! First, was the solid quality and feel of the camera itself. It was not the least bit “cheap” feeling, that I was really expecting, given the low price! Second, the sound quality was crisp and clear. The screen image was also crisp and clear with easy-to-use mode button navigation for the various settings. I didn’t even have to read the instructions and was able to figure it out in a short time. There are multiple options in the settings for resolution, megapixel and other settings. Lastly, it is compact enough to use one-handed and is much more user-friendly than my other camcorder that I have had for a long time but have rarely used in recent years due to its bulkiness! It also came with 2 already charged batteries, so it was ready to use right out of the box. What a great camera! THANKS SO MUCH!!! I am very happy with it!

Great deal for beginners
This is actually such a cute camera; it comes with a great amount of accessories like a mini boom for sound, tripod accessories, extra battery, remote, and a little carrying case. Comes already loaded with a SD card too! I normally use my phone but it has been so nice to have something to just solely record and bring to events, it was really fun at our group thanksgiving event. The selfie camera on the screen is also kind of cool and could definitely be used to sculpt a more interesting kind of creative endeavor!

Help! SD card not recognized? Has this happened to anyone else?
A bit frustrated.The included 32gb SD card has been inserted properly (I am certain) yet the camera is not acknowledging any SD card within its slot. (SD card was inserted as directed – metal up, clipped corner to the top left of the card.I tried inserting a 256gb SD card, but realized the camcorder only supports SD cards up to 128gb as stated in manual.So, at this point, I am unsure if the issue is the camcorder itself, or if the issue is within the 32gb SD card which came included.I suppose Iâll get a 128gb SD and try that.If IT also doesnât work, safe to assume the issue is within the camcorder itself.Has ANYONE else had this issue upon unboxing/setting up?Thanks everyone!
