Large attractive paper organizer
I needed a paper organizer for all the printer paper and labels I have.I McGyver’ed a bunch of Amazon boxes to make a similar structure out of cardboard but it started to droop and shelves were not stable enough to hold the weight.LOVE the Biciyarn 8-Tier Paper Organizer with Handle, Metal Mesh Desk Paper Organizer Tray – Silver.Was super easy to assemble with the included screwdriver. Fit and finish of the outer frame is great.A couple of the slide in shelves had rough spots where edge of mesh has a wire or two exposed. An easy fix is to bend the wire back toward the shelf with needle-nose pliers. Wasn’t hard to do and now paper won’t snag anymore.Along with minor annoyance of a couple of shelves needed a little adjusting of the mesh, some of the shelves fit very snugly causing them to bow slightly. The slight bowing doesn’t affect structural integrity or amount of weight the organizer can bear.I finally loaded up the organizer with all the different types of printer, greeting card, photo paper and labels. SO much better than the crude cardboard organizer I created during the pandemic. One thing I can do with this organizer I couldn’t do before is store office supplies that go with stuff I print like a stapler, paper protectors, binder clips, report covers.Very happy with the Biciyarn 8-Tier Paper Organizer. Easy to put together with a couple of minor adjustments, has abundant capacity and is super stable and attractive. Would order again. Might get a another soon to organize my scan and shred area.

Very Nice Paper Holder – Attractive
Once put together this is a very nice, attractive holder, strong-enough-for-paper/binders. It is light weight and very easy to move around, even when filled with paper. The non-rub feet really make a difference for setting it on a desk top so it does not make scratches.This really is easy to put together. However, the small paper instruction sheet is most inadequate. The pictures are much too small to understand the pieces; and the enlarged pictures are just dark gray circles, no picture can be seen. This is most evident when trying to figure out (1) which way to lay the 4 foundation shelves that have a rod on one edge, and, (2) where and how to insert the screws for the foundation shelves. I went to the Amazon description as they often offer instructions. But the pictures there were no help, either.You can figure it out easily enough once you place the foundation shelves in different positions. It just would be so much better if the manufacturer would include good, useable instructions.

I ordered this for our print shop to help organize customer print jobs that come in through email for later pickup. The 8 tiers are really helpful for keeping different orders separate and easy to find. The mesh design is sturdy and holds standard paper sizes well.Assembly wasn’t too difficult – it comes with a small screwdriver and you just need to put in 12 screws. I would not follow the instructions on assembly where you have to fight gravity while trying to hold the pieces together to screw in. Lay one piece down and match up the sides to screw in. Work your way around and it goes great.The metal construction feels lightweight, but sturdy. Each shelf easily fits letter-sized paper and has enough room for the print jobs less than a ream of paper. It’s nice having everything organized vertically instead of spread across the counter.One thing to watch out for – when sliding the removable trays back in, you need to make sure they go over the back support edge and not under it. Not a big issue once you get used to it. Overall, it’s been really useful for keeping customer orders sorted and our workspace more organized.
