Q & A

Q1: What are the advantages over traditional HDMI fiber?

A1: As you can see, the HDMI connector is detachable, and inside it is the Mirco HDMI connector, which means you can easily connect devices with the connector. In addition, the biggest advantage of this design is that when you use it to wire through narrow gaps in the pipe, you can temporarily remove the joint, which will make your work very convenient.

Q2: What is the maximum picture quality it can support?

A2:8K 60HZ. But make sure all your devices can support 8K 60HZ.

Q3: What should I pay attention to when using it?

A3: Please make sure whether you want to connect the output terminal or the input terminal, the HDMI port has a prompt. In addition, if you are going to wire through a wall, it is recommended that you test whether the line is normal before doing so.

    High Speed, Long Length
I’ve been messin around with HDMI extenders over fiber, the throughput is limited, and the hubs attached to them have their cons. So I went this route and I am completely satisfied after running this through the wall. It’s got a detachable head so you can fish the cable through a tight place. Almost the same size as an LC-LC connector. I have an i9 RTX4090 sitting in a cab somewhere, far far away… meanwhile in another room I have a peaceful setup with no horrible RGB lights to look at. The extension delivers. Only a monitor, KB and mouse in my room. BlissJust work on your WIFI for your peripherals and you’ll be set if you want to extend a PC, else, the extension for VIDEO alone is what it says in the description. Oh yeah, make sure to run the cable in the right direction. There’s a source end that won’t be happy if you put it at the destination lol.edit: i had the settings set to 240hz which seems to work. but putting your face up to the screen reveals an almost interlaced look. 120hz on samsung neo q8 looks fantastic.

Durable HDMI Cable that outputs Clean Video.
This HDMI cable is made with quality materials and is built to last, and it has no problem outputting a clean signal from any device. While I don’t own a HDMI 2.1 device so I cant test that part, I can say that at 4K60 or 1080p240 it works flawlessly.

    Stopped working after 14 months
Bought this cable to route through PVC pipes and curves, protected the head using tape. It was a hassle but made it work. The cable functioned spectacularly during 14 months but without notice it stopped working, both host and sink would recognize that a cable is connected but no signal is transferred. A bummer really.

    Great, high quality HDMI cable
Not all cables are created equal. HDMI cables are made to a number of standards – the current highest standard allows for 48Gbps of bandwidth which supports a full 8K resolution at 60Hz, or 4K at 120Hz along with all the bells and whistles like HDR, variable refresh rates and so on (up to what your source and your display can handle of course). Lesser standards would restrict options available to you – this cable MEETS that highest standard so you know it’s not the cable that’s holding you back.Beyond that, the cable seems to be very well built with a great braided covering that helps prevent kinks and helps with running the cable along with solid connectors featuring copper-y plugs and aluminum shrouds around the connectors plus bend protectors coming from the connectors to support the cable/prevent it from breaking at that critical connection point. All that is to say, this is a heavy duty cable that should last very well. All for a good price – so if you need a high end HDMI cable, give this one a try!

I needed a long fibre optic HDMI cable for an event in our village hall, but the standard HDMI plug would have been a problem getting through some cable routes, so the removable microHDMI-to-HDMI adapters on each end were exactly what was needed, and of course enables direct connection to a microHDMI connector device. To complete the picture, a pair of micro-to-mini HDMI adapters would have been useful, as one monitor I have uses miniHDMI. The other useful extra would be a cable reel, as unlike copper cables, optical cable doesn’t twist, so needs to be rolled up rather than wound up.

The mini hadmi adapter is great to get it down conduiting like I have. However, there are issues with enabling all the full hdmi2.1 bandwidth specs. I see occasional black screens running at 4k 144hz with HDR and VRR, and similar at 4k 120, and sometimes the connection gets colours really messed up (image attached). I have a 3080 as the source, and a Samsung s95c, both full HDMI2.1 – and no issues if I use a certified cableThe biggest annoyance is the loss of audio, which happens every few minutes when using digital signals like Dolby Atmos.I’m not sure this is actually HDMI2.1 Certified as I had thrown the box away before I set it all up (pulling it through conduits)I’d go for a shorter length next time in hopes that it solves the signal degredation issues I’ve seen. (40 meters)It’s a shame as it works 98% of the time, but you really need a cable to work 100%
