high frame rates and 10bit colorâ¦
I have some thicker HDMI 2.1 compliant cables that I use to plug my laptop into my 4K TV that work perfectly. Iâm running them at 4K 120hz with 10bit color into an LG OLED C9 without issue. When I plug these cables in, it frequently drops signal and reconnects over and over. Whatever compromises they made to get 40gbps in this thinner cable didnât work out. I was really hoping to have something a little more flexible for travel and using my laptop on TVs.Their customer service reached out to me and was excellent in handling the issue. If your needs are a little less demanding than PC high framerate 4k hdr, these might be okay for you.

Slim and effective
Ordered these slim 8k HDMI cables to attach from my laptop to a KVM at home. I recently was approved to use my work laptop at home, so I picked up a docking station and a KVM switch to be able to jump between my home computer and work computer using the same keyboard, mouse, and monitors. In order to connect my laptop to the KVM I needed HDMI cables. These cables are much thinner and easier to work with then my original HDMI cables on my monitors. I did test one of these cables on my 4k tv connected to a 4k video device and did not receive any errors like I have with other cables about the cables not being compatible with the video signal.Overall, I like how these cables are slim and seem to carry the signal very well, plus when I upgrade my computer monitors I will not need to upgrade these cables.

ULTRA Thin, but work well
I really didn’t expect this two pack of 8K hdmi 6-foot cables to be as thin as they are. They are much more thin as compared to other 8K UHD cables I own. However, after testing them, so far, they do work well, and I have no complaints.

A very good value at this price point
The seller advertises the connectors on these cables as being “24K gold-plated”. If that is in fact true, then it is the thinnest gold-plating I have ever seen. I mean this must be like, 1 atom thick gold plate because the connectors look totally silver unless under optimum lighting. I literally thought I had received the wrong cables until I took a photo and saw some gold color. These are very inexpensive cables, so perhaps I shouldn’t care – but I find that I still do.Having said that, these are made with reasonably flexible cable, which allows you to run it through any reasonably tight space without causing crimping or other damage. So far, I am pretty impressed with the responsiveness and picture quality of these. I have not experienced any latency or connection issues, so thumbs up there. I have a high-end 4K TV so I don’t see the 8K resolution. Nonetheless, I don’t perceive any issues whatsoever with picture quality or responsiveness.
