Perfect for my 3rd grader to take to school
I got this for my son who is in 3rd grade. His school uses google classroom so everything is seamless and easy regarding logins and uploads etc. The 11 inch size fits nicely in his bagpack and is not heavy. He is a fan of the touch screen. Very happy with this purchase.

Great Chromebook for the $
Arrived quickly and well packaged. This Chromebook works lightning fast and battery life is at least 10-12 hours, if not more. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a compact Chromebook. The touch screen is not overly sensitive and it works well. As with most Chromebooks, initial start-up/connection to your Wi-Fi is fast and simple. Sound quality is not great but this is to be expected unless you move up to a Chromebook such as the Samsung 2 model. Overall, a great buy.

Just what you need
Small, lightweight notebook Pc. Plenty of everything including camera and google universal apps preloaded. Price is right. I can see why so many student use as a classroom axe.

Returned
It’s been a while since I bought this. If I recall correctly there was a problem with a defect in the screen and the size.

Usable but not great
I purchased this as a reconditioned product that was restored to like new factory specs. Out of the box I was quite impressed with this little machine. The size was great for my son to use for his school. The touchscreen was wonderful and easy for him to use and navigate. The weight was light enough for him to carry easily. What did not impress me though is the fact that it is taking forever to charge. I received it with barely enough power in the battery to turn it on. It has been on the enclosed charger now for over 16 hours, and still isn’t even 1/3 of the way charged. I’m also having some real difficulties getting the Play Store to load properly, sometimes taking numerous attempts to get it to load. When it does load, it takes a while to download programs from the play store, often failing, and often failing to install the program once successfully downloaded. For a reconditioned product, I really expected more. I discovered also that the Chrome version was in severe need of updating, which once I found it under the About Chrome in the settings menu, it started doing so automatically. This too is very slow and taking quite a long time. It’s not my internet connection, speed and data transfer rate is good. My own laptop, phone, and TV have no issues with downloading and playing streaming content without buffering.Lesson learned, beware of reconditioned products, it most likely is worth spending the extra to buy new.Lesson learned and a mistake I won’t be making again.
