Skeptical and pleasantly surprised
Let me start by saying you can spend whatever you want to on speakers these days. You absolutely canât go wrong for the price on these. Very crisp, clear, and not overly done with bass. I installed 6 in my oversized garage and itâs enough to knock grandma off the porch next door. I was so impressed I bought a 2nd set. I have another home with Sonance speakers everywhere as well as some Bose mixed in. I also paid 3x+ the amount for those and they are amazing however, for a normal consumer these are beyond ample for what youâll use them for. Well packaged, well made and easy to install. I bought a large hole saw of Amazon to cut the holes out and itâs a perfect fit. $45-$60 I highly suggest doing so and everythingâs nice and clean.

Best bang for the buck 8″ in ceiling speakers
I installed them in my house a year and a half ago, 2 pairs indoors and one pair on patio ceiling. Coupled with a 95W per channel receiver, they sound great. I cranked up the receiver at 70% at parties and these speakers filled the big open space in our kitchen/dinning room/living room with quality sound. You’ll have to fork out 3 times as much to get maybe 10-15% better quality sound. I bought XTC10 10″ foam baffle and they probably help some with sound bass reflex but I got them to keep the insulation off the speakers.

Fantastic Audio from budget friendly speakers
I paired these in ceiling speakers with a Dayton Audio MA1260 to provide music playthrough for a small gift shop and everyone has been so impressed with quality of the sound. Bass isn’t over powering highs and Mids don’t distort at med-high levels and they were easy to install in our drop tile ceiling.

Great Sound…Great Buy
Just had these installed in my ceilings and they sound great. Considering my original quote for speakers were nearly four times the cost of these speakers, I was skeptical initially but right now…I am very happy. I’ll do a follow-up post in a few months.

Rockinâ!!
These suckers sound awesome. For the price, theyâre amazing. Had to cut about 1/4â of drywall out of the ceiling to fit them into existing holes of the old ceiling speakers. But once I cranked em up they sounded awesome!! Installed in the pool patio lanai ceiling and canât wait to get the other four installed inside the house. Amazing sound for the money. The other reviews I based my purchase off of were right. Youâll love them.

You wonât regret these speakers. But em.
We bought a total of (8) of these speakers when we were building our house. We bought the speaker pre drywall circles. Routed all of our wire to where the sound system (Sonos) was going. We put (2) on our back porch. (2) in the garage. And (4) on the vaulted ceiling of our cathedral living area. The (4) speakers Inside got a new Sonos amp. The (2) areas garage and patio each got a used Sonos amp off eBay. I cannot say enough about these speakers. Their quality is off the chain. My past time is sitting on the back porch or garage area or both listening to some jammin music. If you want strong speakers for not a ton of money these are it.

Great value!
These are an incredible value! I normally ran with Polk at $120 a pair and after 6 houses I’m tired of leaving $360 in the ceiling each time. After reading other reviews I decided to give these a shot and was equally impressed as other users were. The grills are a bit of a tight fit after they are tightened in the ceiling however easy thing to deal with for the savings.
