Holy COW!!!
Listen, I know Alienware doesnât have the best reputation, especially after Dell bought them. But for some reason, they have really been changing things up and releasing great products in their line. I recently decided to try these headphones. Amazon had them on the renewed list so I was able to pick them up for a very low price. I have to be honest with you these things sound absolutely amazing. Whether Iâm gaming or watching movies, the sound quality is top-notch and delivers a great Dolby Atmos experience. I definitely like the ability to switch between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for connection. Even though I wish you could use them both at the same time this is a dealbreaker for me. The battery life is insane. I can go days before having to charge this headset and I probably play for a good 5 to 10 hours a day. Bottom line is Iâm buying another set for my son because these are amazing for the price.

Broken after 3 months
My son loved these headphones, used them every day, and took very good care of them, but less than three months after the purchase date, they are not functional. The stereo does not work at all. There are crackles and pops when using the hands free audio. They are now useless. Troubleshooting did not work.

Generalmente uso productos de otra marca pero siempre habÃa tenido la curiosidad de probar un headset Alienware. La presentación del producto es nÃtida, son estéticamente muy bonitos y el sonido es inigualablemente bueno comparado a todos los otros headsets “gaming” que he probado. La compatibilidad con Dolby Atmos le suma muchos puntos y es compatible con el audio de alta calidad con Dolby Atmos de Apple Music si tienes un iPhone. Tanto para juegos como para disfrutar contenido, este headset es de los más sólidos que haya escuchado alguna vez y los controles táctiles son intuitivos y te sientes como en el futuro al usarlos… Pero, tiene unos cuantos puntos a tomar en cuenta que podrÃan ser de interés si estás considerando comprarlos.En primer lugar, aunque se ven estéticamente muy bien, se sienten bastante frágiles y te da la sensación de que se pueden romper muy fácilmente. Las almohadillas te hacen sudar después de unas cuantas horas y al ser de cuerina sintética, es un hecho que se van a dañar antes de que llegues al año de uso. El Alienware Command Center es increÃble visualmente para monitorear y customizar tu headset, pero tiene una pésima detección de la baterÃa y a veces se vuelve loco y te notifica que estás sin baterÃa, aún cuando están al 100% de carga o incluso conectados por cable, y hablando de la baterÃa, esta NO dura las 55 horas que anuncia el producto ni aunque desactives las luces y bajes el volumen al 50%. Como mucho puedes sacarles unas 25-30 horas si apagas las luces del headset y regulas el volumen, aunque si usas Bluetooth la duración se extiende a 35-40 horas. Las luces en el headset son un buen detalle y se ven INCREÃBLES, pero estas consumen demasiada baterÃa asà que no te recomiendo que las tengas activadas a no ser que planees usar el headset por cable o cuando lo estés cargando. El micrófono tiene una cancelación de sonido que me impresiona cada dÃa más, es realmente buena pero sacrifica un poco la calidad del sonido de tu voz, además de que ni el driver ni Windows te dan opción alguna para optimizarlo o customizarlo. También tiene un micrófono ambiental en caso de que no tengas el boom mic conectado que suenan como cualquier micrófono ambiental que conozcas; fuerte y claro pero se oye TODO.Definitivamente los recomiendo si quieres una opción con buen precio y que suenen bien, pues no conozco otro headset que siquiera iguale la calidad de sonido que sale de estos y si Alienware arregla su driver y la manera en la que detecta la baterÃa, pueden tener potencial para competir con marcas más establecidas como Razer o Logitech.

Great sound, true stereo with mic active(rare!), mic is fantastic at cancelling background noise from loud office, great passive isolation and good enough ANC. Basically the perfect office and gaming headset. Only problem is the first one I got was defective on the swipe actions. A replacement from Dell was perfect.

The mic is absolte garbage
Astheticly the headset is great. The sound isnt bad at all but where it lacks the most is the mic. For the ammount of money I expected the mic to be better quality. It sound very low quality to anyone that hears me talk. I recorded my voice with the mic and I was honestly shocked. It disconnect from the dongle at least once a day and the leather part that sits on your head started to seperate from the plastic. I had to take a knife and shove the leather lining mack into the slot it was coming out of and then apply a thin layer of superglue. I have had this headset for under a year mind you. I bought it 10/2022 as I write this it is 08/2023. If the head set was like $50 I would say much but for the price I do not reccomend this headset.

Escuche mucho hate y me sorpendio. Asumo esa gente de seguro compro usados o recontruidos.Buen sonido base para juegos y música.Se empareja fácil con Pc, laptop y celular. (via bluetooth)Traé Dolby Atmos Gratis (los pasos en videjuegos se escuchan muy bien)Son comodos aún usando lentes.Sensor táctil de volumen es funcional (preefiero una ruedita)Mi única queja de momento es que pudieron dar almohadilla de tela adicionales.Mic no lo he probado lo suficiente. (microfono es muy estandar, nada del otro mundo pero funcional)La app es mala o muy X funciona pero apague el RGB que es bonito y me fuà directo a descargar dolby atmos (mejora el sonido espacial en juegos)He tenido logitech wireless pro y hyperx cloud alpha (están a la par en sonido).

The arm holding the ear cups broke after about 3 months of regular use, can’t fix it as the metal is snapped off where one of the pins holding the arm is located – when it works it’s ok, nothing amazing.I’ve read on a few places that this is a common issue with this headset, I should have researched more before buying, but it’s essentially been a total waste of money as I’ve had to replace it.

The sound Quality is poor not what I expected and it would not swithch back to the speakers when shut off with 2.1 dongle it only does with the bluetooth connection so I sent it back for a refund otherwise it`s not a bad headphone.
