I keep hearing flap about fire devices becoming obsolete.
I got this box to see if I could remember how to program it . Been using Fire devices . Hardwired box to gigabyte modem. It’s speed is comparable to 3rd generation cube , maybe faster being hardwired. I had some troubles, but being 77 years old , go figure. Great product !

This became a gift for my landlord so he could cut the cord
Vastly superior to the fire stick, I was able to build out everything that my landlord needed and nothing he didn’t. The box is fast and does everything we wanted to. The addition of an ethernet port that was gigabit was really good and the 3.0 USB was also better than expected. I’ll probably buy a second one of these for myself later on.

Great option for making a set top Emuelec box.
Seems great as an Android project platform. I didn’t use it’s native software, but instead installed an Emuelec build on it to run some classic game emulators. It works great for that!

Very Good Android TV Box
Great product. Fast, strong Wi-Fi connection. Some apps may require side-loading but that is not an issue. Excellent video quality esp. AV1 encoded video.

What was that?
The most horrible, amateur, Buggy TV box I’ve ever seen. Are these people still on High school?Navigation is half on “Arrow” half on “mouse”. Installed Apps don’t open. when they do, they can’t connect (can’t reach the server), screens don’t fit either 4:3 nor 16:9.When “updating all” 14 Apps, can’t navigate……

Every once in a while it’s good to do a solid reset or clean up with the app. The respond time for this little unit is remarkable and my IPTV service meshes well with it. I’m very happy with my purchase. I was looking for a unit with the s905X4 processor and it paid off because this little guy is lightning fast. Love it. That and the fact I got it in like 2 1/2 days after my order.

This box seems fairly “large” as far as boxes are concerned. I bought 3 different boxes at the same time to test them and this one had the largest footprint. That said, I find it the most friendly with the fewest restrictions so far. Quick and easy to navigate with a sharp picture. I’m not a box newbie so I don’t even recall what apps it came preloaded with but I’ve been able to put on what I wanted AND install a new launcher… the one it comes with is basic but then they all are. Still haven’t been able to figure out where the notifications and status bars have disappeared to under Android 8.1 on the boxes. Anyone?

Don’t remember why I returned – probably the interface – I’m fussy about that
