Works great, super portable, long lasting
I was having issues with my previous 10,000 charger with a bad port and I upgraded to this bad boy. I’ve gone on multiple week long trips since buying this and so far*fits in my fanny pack / crossbody bag* has an extra port so i can plug in my friends phones* I can do day trips and charge once or twice a day being out and about, not at all worried about running out of juice (the % helps so I just top off my phone whenever I’m low)*When I’m working remotely, I also don’t bring my charger around- this thing surprisingly can handle me working for an hour.* the bank itself chargers a lot faster compared to my previous models, probably due to USB-C. It makes downtime a breeze since I don’t worry about charging my phone as often.The only iffy complaint I have about it: the built in USB C cable s integrated and feels less durable than other anker/OEM chargers I have so I’m worried about how to replace it if it ever frays.It also doesn’t charge multiple devices at a time well, so although you can- keep one devie plugged at a time.It is a little chunky/heavy so I wouldn’t recommend it in a smaller/cute purse.Other reviewers have noted the Trickle Charge mode, but it is an annoying feature to troubleshoot – it struggles to charge my airpods or watch. Unless you activate trickle charge, it won’t charge low powered devices.

Best fast charging power pack I’ve ever used.
First off for negatives, it’s heavy and the dimensions listed are accurate. About double the width but same length as my 2024 smartphone.Now to the good part. The old style usb A output is nice. It charges slower with it but still supports fast charging in AND out. The integrated USB C cord on the other hand supports super fast charging in and out as well. Was able to charge my galaxy s24p from 10% to full in 30 minutes. Very impressive. And the pack lasted a whole 5 day trip to Japan. Overall I recommend if you can keep it in a side pocket or jacket wherever you go. Definitely great capacity and great functionality. Only used the flashlight once but didn’t need it. Easy to read display. Well worth the price of 2 separate power banks to keep me charged up on the go.

PROs and CONs; Trickle Charge Mode
Purchased the Anker 20,000 mAh Power Bank to replace my old Power Bank for 2 reasons: 1) Has a built in USB-C charging cable and 2) Wanted a super fast Charging Bank. In general, very satisfied with the product but one disappointment (see below):PROS:1) Integrated USB-C charging cable very convenient. Cable that fits so snugly in its indented slot that it is completely flush with the remainder of the power bank. There is no chance that the cable will unravel or snag on objects that might result in damage to the cable2) The USB-C ports and the USB – C integrated cable are indeed super fast chargers. Subjectively they charge 2X faster than my other standard charging bricks.3) Love the ability to check the exact charge level of the bank( measured in % of full charge) by a simple push of a button at the top of the bank.4) Using a USB-C port, to charge up the bank to 100% capacity is surprising quick.5) Anker quality and reliability.6) Plenty of battery storage to recharge devices many times over.7) Trickle Charge Mode- I didn’t even know what this was until I saw a video review of this battery bank. Apparently some battery banks cannot charge “low -powered” devices like earphones (battery bank will keep shutting off). This bank will also shut off UNLESS you activate “the trickle charge” mode by pressing the top button TWICE. Once you press the button twice a green light will appear on your battery status screen to acknowledge the above. Not all battery banks have a trickle charge mode. This one does.8) Seems to Keep It’s Charge for a long time- I will charge battery to 100%. It sits in my drawer for greater than a month and it still has the same 100% charge.CONS:1) USB- A Port- Not a really fast charging port but not slow either. To me, seems like just a normal charge speed. No better or worse than a normal brick. This was a big disappointment in that this is advertised as a “max fast charge battery pack”.2) Short integrated USB-C cable- only 6 1/2 ” long. Very Short leash for charging your devices. Check length to see if this will work for your uses.SUMMARY : This is a great product from a reliable manufacturer that has attractive features ( integrated Cable, quantified charge level and quick USB -C charge ports) but has normal quickness USB-A charge port. Again, this is my admittedly subjective opinion but hence, a 4 star rating. However, If all the devices you need to charge are USB C compatible, then this would be a 5 star product for you.

When you plug it in to charge the Power Bank, it just sits there for a while doing nothing. The power level remains unchanged and you wonder if something is wrong, you got a defective piece or what, is the charging cable the appropriate one, etc. etc. But, then after some time, (havent timed it yet) it suddenly starts charging and then it charges pretty fast.The product is sleek and all and works well, but it pretty much uses up all its charge to charge my mobile fully from say 10%. I thought I would get at least two charge cycles but, this was a little disappointing. But, otherwise the device looks great and works fine.
