Basic Rundown (4.5 stars)
Power – The computed is a real tough machine. I w my able to run games on medium to high settings without a problem. The graphics card performs better than I anticipated. The processor is immaculate. The fans are on during this, but it still runs very well.Battery Life – Battery life when running normal programs or doing web searches is about 4.5 hours. When gaming, it only lasts about 1.33 hours. This is okay for me because if I wanted portable gaming, I would have bought a computer with lower graphics and processing. HOWEVER, when I plug or unplug the battery from a power source, the screen blacks out for about a second, without shutting down or sleeping. Basically, the screen goes black but the computer stays on. This is one of two minor downsides to this computer.Design – The design is very cool and sleek. The back of the lid is shiny like chrome. It has the ROG logo on the back. The laptop also has an LED-lit keyboard and an LED strip lining the bottom of it. These are very cool. HOWEVER, they are difficult to program. There is a downloadable program to change these lights. For some reason, my lights have a mind of their own and I canât change them how I want. This is okay though, because I can turn them off as I please. This is the second (minor) downside I have from buying this.Overall, I recommend this computer to anyone who needs a beefy portable computer that has access to a power outlet wherever they bring the laptop. Very well made, very slick, and very cool. Very much worth the price.4.5 stars.

Happy With Purchase
After going through tons of other systems to ensure that our son gets the best deal possible we settled on this system. So far he is very pleased with it and believes that it performs as advertised. Its fast, handles games so far very well. Graphics are crisp. The Edge to edge viewing of the screen is impressive. The various backlights of the keyboard are delightful.

The specs do not do this computer justice
An amazing laptop. I replace the eight gigs of RAM for 32 gigs. To increase the FPS on most games. You can expand the memory with a thin HDD Hard drive or an SSD. The cpu and gpu stays nice and cool. This id The kind of quality expect from my favorite brand Asus. Especially since itâs so hard to find a decent desktop. Right now I cannot find a gpu that is not overpriced right now. This laptop is affordable and has good specs. However the ram must be updated.

I ordered a 15.7″ screen and got a 14″.I didnt realize it until I measured it earlier since it seemed smaller than it was supposed to be. Everything else is amazing quality

I searched all around for a gaming laptop that will work for gaming and for college, and this is a perfect option. This laptop has amazing graphics, the light effects are superb, and the overall build is extremely nice. I would recommend this laptop to anyone interested in gaming laptops.

Solid Gaming Notebook
My wife and I have ASUS RogueStrix notebooks and wanted something a little more “Tuf” for the kids. So far these have been great and hold up the their name. Power is decent enough to play most current games. No ray-tracing means the price is right if you don’t need the latest and greatest.Pro: Backlit Keyboard, solid performance, well built, crisp display.Cons: Power adapter gets HOT (be careful), Battery life is decent if you are just browsing the web but we find you must remain plugged in to get full performance when gaming.
