I ordered this acrylic organizer for my husband’s desktop; we are not planning to hang this on a wall. If you are looking for a wall hanging organizer this product would be very sturdy mounted to a wall. We have chosen to use this 3-tier organizer in a vertical position to maximize space on the desk, we are not sure it will be the most stable way based on the design, but at this time we have not had any issues with it falling over. I would imagine if using common sense and not putting heavy items in that top tier you would be able to limit any problems with it falling over. All three tiers allow you to slide items in or out of the organizer from either end. The organizer comes with dividers so you can turn each tier into sections and use it for brochures or envelopes. This is a great feature; it lets you keep more than just papers in this file. Oftentimes you will have something in an envelope that either has come in the mail or needs to go out in the mail and being able to divide the first row into two sections has made getting the desk a little less cluttered.The acrylic file came in without any defects or scratches, and I anticipate it should last quite a while. I am giving this product a 5 as it works exactly as advertised and it has been a nice addition to helping us get organized.
