Seller Performed Perfectly
Seller got it to me quickly for an emergency replacement. It’s still a POS mixer, but the seller is aces. I would just recommend requesting it be shipped inside another box as its factory box is overly enticing.

I trust Behringer for high quality excellence – So far – so good
For many years I had the TABLE TOP version of this mixer “1202FX” with the controls facing up and the inputs at the top and some weird power pack connector on it – that power supply connector was always my biggest complaint on behringer mixers and the reason i did not upgrade …. I always said ” if the power supply of my OLD mixer fails, it will cost more for a power pack than a new mixer then I will shop a different brand ” even though the mixer itself was EXCELLENTAS SOON AS I LEARNED ” RACK VERSION AVAILABLE ” and I see ” v2 of this RACK VERSION 🙂 I never even heard of a v1 RACK VERSION coming out …… anyway I bought V2 RX1202FX ( essentially IDENTICAL to my tabletop model but in a different nicer case and with a “THANK GOD!! STANDARD POWER SUPPLY BUILT IN”I immediately ordered this product when it was available from AMAZON.COM ( not a 3rd party ) … and I have been using it a few days a week for about a month and yes, it is AMAZING and NOT OVERPRICED like ALESIS and other Brands that make similar mixers …. this behringer is EXCELLENT I wish it had MORE inputs but to get around that, I have also NOW ordered the 16 input “Behringer RX1602” which I will ultimately connect to the STEREO INPUT of the RX1202FX then I can plug all the wires in o my home studio, that I will use to create my album that will come out later this year .. but I dont think I am allowed to put the title in this review 🙁 so no FREE promotions for me 🙁 Maybe Behringer will help promote me as I am always happy to help promote their products 🙂

Very nice addition to my equipment!
I dj weddings and special events, kereoke at the bars and this mixer totally satisfied my needs…Best part is it mounted nicely in the top of my Gator case.

Effects issue
Intermittent issue with the built in effects creating a hissing sound. Besides that it works great and fits perfectly in my gator case.

Great mixer. Way better gain control than previous models.
Sound instantly improved by adding this mixer. Very happy with how well the gain control works. Plenty of output. It is not an amp but it does have a great amount of power feeding the inputs on the amps I connected it to. Easy to fade as well.

Background humming/hiss noise
Bought this mixer because of the rack mount plus FX built in. Had it hooked up to my karaoke system to replace my older Yamaha MV800 rack mount mixer. At first it sounds great with some reverb but it has a lot of background humming/hiss noise when the music stop playing. I reconnected my Yamaha mixer and there was clean with no hum or hiss sound at all. I’m keeping my Yamaha mixer and bought an external dual effects processor instead.

Returned it, It is very sad that I could not keep it as it was going to be my main central system for all my gear in my studio I wasted a lot of time disconnecting from my other mixer to this mixer, at least I got a refund which paid a third of my new compact modular system. I had this mixer in 2008 and it was amazing. I mustâve had a lemon one and I didnât dare ordering another one just in case I would end up in a Murphyâs Law case. I purchased the other Eurorack RX1602 model on Amazon and it works OK except the headphone jack is a bit noisy but not the main output. I donât have any effects but I have mute buttons and an additional 4 mono channels on that one.

Behringer è diventato sinonimo di qualità a prezzi accessibili. Usato nel rack per gestire tastiere e synth mi ha fatto risparmiare spazio , consente un accesso rapido ai controlli e soprattutto ottima visibilità ad altezza occhi. Esattamente quello che cercavo.
