I’ve been an avid drone owner/operator for years. When I came across this drone I knew I wanted to add it to my ever growing collection! I’ve spent a lot of time with this drone going over All the features it offers and have been Impressed with its performance. It’s Very Easy to Operate even if you’re new a drone operator/first time flyer. The Auto Hover feature is brilliant and takes all the stress and guess work out of your launch of the drone.
The drone will stick/hold the altitude you’re flying making so you’re free to release the sticks on your RC(remote control)at this point! This drone features pretty much all the same options More Expensive drones offer except obstacle avoidance. As long as you’re familiar with the terrain you’re flying in, obstacle avoidance isn’t a big deal and def not a reason for me to pass on this drone!
Battery life for me with this drone has been Great! There’s been several times I’ve actually been able to fly longer than the listed 25 minutes per battery. If it’s extremely windy outside and you’re zipping around doing a lot of high speed flying and up and down flying, sure the battery might not get a full 25 minutes of flight, that’s totally understandable and expected. I find the more I fly and drain my batteries, the more actual flight time I’m achieving! The first few flights I was getting 20 to 22 minutes. Now though after many flights, battery life has improved for me!
This drone checks off all the boxes for me when it comes to a great drone with good features/options. BUT, what happens if/when I experience an issue with the drone….Having a drone that functions just as you’d hope it would and then some is one part, the other part of being happy with the drone purchase is Service After the Sale!! Customer service is Highly Important to me especially for what a Quality Drone like this one cost!
I had approximately one week left prior to my 30 day return policy was set to expire. I had an issue pop up with the drone in this last week of return time! I went back and forth trying to figure out if I wanted to ship it back to Amazon or give Customer Service a shot at addressing the issue. I had read in several other reviews that customer service was good. Well it’s Not just “Good”, its PHENOMENAL! I emailed customer service late on a Saturday. I def didn’t expect a response back over the weekend and figured it would be mid week before I heard back, WRONG!! I received an email from Customer Service on Sunday(the very next day!!)Early Morning!!
I want to Spotlight Customer Service Representatives “Smith” and “Joy”. Both corresponded with me via email several times and made me totally comfortable and at ease with contacting them instead of just shipping back the drone to Amazon. They addressed my issues and took everything over for me only wanting copies of my flight logs/records. They sent me links with detailed instructions on how to download those files and email them back to them. I’m as thrilled with Smith and Joy as I am with the drone itself! Both were Professional, Clear, and Concise with ALL correspondences to me! I also want to spotlight others with BWINE that work behind the scenes with logistics and technical support as both did great as well!
I’m Very Happy with this drone as well as Customer Service! In my opinion, Customer Service is Equally as Important as the drone is! They took all the guess work out for me with the issue I was having being professional and fast with the entire process! This drone would make a good addition to anyones drone collection as well as to a brand new drone operator. It offers a ton of great features/options and equally Important, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Def Recommend a Purchase!

Wonderful drone, amazing customer service!
I want to submit an update now that I have had this drone for several months. This drone is sturdy, easy to use, and fun to operate. I use drones for work, (police officer), and this drone is very close to what I use with a few features missing. Obviously, I don’t expect a drone at this price range to have the features of my work one as this would skyrocket the price into the tens of thousands. This drone is very user friendly and even has a beginner mode so you don’t get in over your head and lose it within the first hour.
The drone is very sturdy. I have dropped it as well as crashed it and it has given no issue in continuing to fly. There have been a time or two where I have clipped a tree branch, (please stay away from trees), and I have been able to recover in flight and guide it properly away. The range is absolutely amazing and the camera resolution was impressive for the cost. I have been able to inspect the roof of my home after hail storms and see any possible damage with great detail.
Customer service is beyond expectation. I don’t even need to reach out to them with a problem, which I have yet to have anyway. They have checked in on me to make sure I am happy with their product, reminded me about updates, offered me new attachments and additional items to make the experience more enjoyable, and checking in on any advice I could give them to make the overall product better with both hardware and software. Honestly, many companies could take a hard look at Bwine’s customer service policy as they have mastered the art of being there for their customers without us feeling like we’re being bothered and hounded by them for feedback.
Overall, this is a wonderful drone. If you’re on the fence about buying it, I say take the plunge. You will be happy with the product and a company that clearly loves their customers and takes pride in what they sell. To me, this is the difference in buying a slapped together fast food burger and having a personally made burger made by someone who takes pride in what they do.
