I like the fact that they come with refils. My daughter’s school requested that we buy gel pens, 0.7 which aren’t very common where I am so I got these. They write well and I do not have to worry about her losing the covers.

First pen was a leaker
Granted I’ve only gone through 1 pen so far but here are my findings:Pro’s:1. This pen lasted at least 4 times longer than my previous blue ink gel pens. This is significant on a price per pen calculation and is why I give them 3-stars.Neutral:1. The ink smears just like all the other blue ink gel pens.Cons:1. If you don’t mind too much ink all at once, then consider this manufacturer’s gel pen. I ended up storing the pen clicker down to discourage the ink coming down via gravity flow overnight and having a bloody mess of an ink clot inside the tip of the pen.

Solid pen, great grip
I have been comparing pens lately, and I like the Smartgel pens a little better than Energel and Radius (but my wife likes the Radius). Personally, the grip of the Smartgel and the medium speed of the ink allows me to write a litter neater ( as you can see my penmanship is not perfect). The Radius pen is bluer and faster ,but does not have grip (you would have to add it). The Energel is a little pricey, but is also good all around with moderate grip, but the Smartgel have better grip. Good hunting everyone.

Omg i love these pens. Only tried two and they’re a joy. I spent a lot more money on the sharpie gel pens and I prefer these ones to the sharpies. Regret spending more for the sharpies.
