Love it!
Needed a new computer for work and recreation. I love it! Itâs fast, crisp, clear image. Great sound. Ease of use is great. Would buy again.Only complaint is it says 30 day trial of windows office 365 and it doesnât have it. Says I have to buy it already and I just got it. Also says it has windows 10 but none of the features work and says I have to buy that as well.

Great for the price
Great laptop for the price . Bought this while my $1,500 laptop is being repair as a back up . Great no frills computer . Fast , nice touch screen , nice keyboard and seems sturdy . Would highly recommend .

A good buy. Would recommend for price and quality.
So far the pc is working well. I realize though that I have to exit the S-mode to be able to access free apps/programs that are not offered by Dell or Microsoft. Otherwise I have to purchase everything from the store. The price was competitive so there would be a “catch”.

Nice, large screen laptop
Very nice, large screen. It came in s-mode which wasn’t good for the coronavirus homeschooling apps and wouldn’t let me download. The seller was wonderful and helped me fix it. So far it is working good!

computer review
so far its a great computer. just need to spend 10 sec to get it out of s mode. but thats just takes a few clicks. and done… On your PC running Windows 10 in S mode, open Settings > Update & Security > Activation. In the Switch to Windows 10 Home or Switch to Windows 10 Pro section, select Go to the Store. … On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Microsoft Store, select the Get button.

Worked out of the Box
The set was easier than Microsoft Windows of Old. Like the wireless receiver as it works better than my older machine. Boot up is quick and using pin number easy. its a back up machine and I use it when the wife is on the family laptop in the study.

Great Value
I spent way too much time researching a new touchscreen laptop, and this model had the best specs for the price… Cheaper than many models without a touchscreen. It’s not the most powerful machine available, but it handles my workload and streaming, so I see no need to pay more. (I’m not a gamer, so can’t speak to that…)
