Very Nice and Capable Mixer
I purchased this audio mixer for the purpose of mixing backing tracks and microphones for remote/Zoom music lessons via my computer. My main requirement was to find a mixer that had discreet (individual channel) phantom power selection as I use a mix of condenser and dynamic microphones along with occasionally wireless instrument microphones. Having a built-in Bluetooth feature was a bonus! Finally, I was attracted to having the connections on the back versus the spaghetti factory on the face of the mixer which seems all too common.When I made my purchase, it seemed as if Depusheng was introducing this and a larger model of this design, so I held off for three months to write my review for what was at the time an unreviewed product. With the exception of one day of power outages, I have had the AG8 powered up continuously for 3 months and have found no issues.The Bluetooth connection is solid to my iPhone throughout my home for playing music. When I get in my car in the driveway, I usually have to manually tell my phone to break the connection to use with my car system. The control buttons on the mixer do control stop/start playing as well as moving back through and forward the tracks playing on my phone. Note that the Bluetooth shares channels 7/8 with the usb thumb drive input. So, you have to choose which one you want to play.The mixer has a pretty good selection of reverb types that sound very good. However, there does not seem to be any compressor (that I could find). I like that the channel On/OFF buttons change color between green and red to make it very easy to identify if a channel is on. It reminds me of the large professional mixers that I sometimes work with in the broadcast world. Overall, I really like this mixer and was looking forward to the 12-channel version to be released but any reference to it has disappeared from Amazon. I have two little nits that bother me though.First, is the individual channel display. While welcomed, they seem to be designed to be behind smoked glass/plastic. Thus, they are blindingly bright being uncovered. In my darkened computer room, they really light up the place. Second, the fader buttons sit a bit high above the panel and I am a bit concerned that they could accidentally be bent or pushed down into the circuit board if in the hands of someone not very careful with their gear. I may see if the fader buttons from my dead mixer would fit at some point in the future. Finally, a USB type A to A cable was included to connect to your computer via the USB Thumb drive port. I really wished they had added a separate USB type B or USB-C port to the back for that function like others do. Again for my purposes, this is a good mixer even though a few tweaks like not cramming everything into the last two channels could have made it a great mixer!(Video coming soon)

So I’m still pretty intimidated with this. I still have no idea what I’m doing but I do like the professional feel this has. I have played around with it and it seems to work good. It also feel like something you would see a professional have. One of these days, I’ll sit down and really study it but right now, it works good for what I need it too.

A surprisingly good mixer
The display shows the Bluetooth and USB functions very clearly. The design of the interface on the back makes the entire panel of the mixer look more comfortable. It’s great.
