A happy Kindle Owner
This came fast and just as it shows in photo, not distressed at all but that comes from use and ware. I think this is the last Paper White Kindle sleeve I will ever need. Heavy leather, heavy stitching, nothing to break. Simple and easy to use. A tight fit for my kindle but in 24 hours it had conformed and is just the perfect fit. My kindle will be protected for adventures and day to day travel alike. I got the model with the wrap tie, and I think it’s very classy.Quality, and reminds me of a simpler time.Up Date: Three months later, and I still love this bit of leather. Is ageing well, have rubbed in a bit of olive oil and of course use it everyday. Looks great and just wonderful protection. If you love your kindle, and your thinking of buying this, yes very expensive case. You should get this.

Worth the price and the wait to carry your Kindle safely in style.
When I finally decided to order a Kindle Paperwhite, I knew I wanted a simple leather case. It was difficult to find one without a magnetic closure, and I preferred an absence of fancy latches and metal buckles. I’m not sure how I happened upon the product page for this handmade case but I’m certainly pleased I did. The supple leather exterior is smooth and tactilely pleasant, The interior is soft, where it’s needed to prevent scratches to the screen. The coloring is very close to that as shown in the stock photos, minus a majority of the distress lines which will appear more profoundly as it ages. This will only get better looking as life also adds its own character marks during its service protecting my e-reader. The stitching is quite uniform for a hand performed operation, and the seams appear to be glued, too. The leather closure strap on my item is longer than pictured, wrapping around the case two and a half times. If I had to find fault with this case in some way, it would be that the interior surface of the case sheds small debris as is common of the unfinished side of leather. Knowing this, I would feel unreasonable reducing my rating for what is essentially an expected characteristic of an otherwise 5 star item. More than likely, I will have to find a new use for this case many years from now when my brand new Paperwhite eventually ceases to function, as all electronic devices have their finite lifespans but quality leather will last a lifetime. I’ll be sure to update this review after I’ve used my new case for an extended bit of time.I know this is not directly about the product itself but since it may influence a potential purchaser who’s on the fence, I received my case 15 days after ordering (not counting the day it was placed) using the standard shipping option. I find this acceptable due to the handmade nature of the item and that it was shipped to New York from China.Edited to update: Happy to report, both case and Kindle are going strong as of March 2021.

Still Strong and Beautiful
My Kindle Paperwhite case has been in constant use for a year and a half and is still in perfect condition. It looks great and every stitch is still intact. I wish I had a full set of luggage made by this company, because I’d never need to replace anything again. Scratches just rub out of the finish, the leather tie is firmly attached, and I’m very, very happy to have this case for my Kindle. I couldn’t praise the quality of the leather and the craft with which it was made more highly. I wish I had written this review earlier; but honestly, the test of time and use is proving this to me simply an excellent product, and I would suspect that quality is present in everything they make. Thank you for making something that is such a joy to own.

Worth the wait!
Very nice! Very sturdy, well stitched/ It’s a little tight on my Paperwhite but will stretch to fit. It doesn’t have the nice distressed look in the picture, though.

I love this leather sleeve!It got here in 2 wks, a lot quicker than I expected since it’s the holiday season.It’s a perfect fit for my Paperwhite 3 & 4, my Voyage, Oasis 2 (7”). Even my Oasis 1 (6”) with all *3 of its charging cases fits wonderfully! Actually all my Kindles fit *with their cases.So super pleased.It looked new & uncreased when I got it so I did what a previous reviewer did and rolled it up in all directions and squeezed it & broke it in. It looks beautifully aged now.I can’t thank this seller enough, best sleeve I’ve ever had.Here’s some pics with it with various Kindles (both Oasis’s, Voyage, PW4).The thing I like the best has to be the fact I can fit my 6” Oasis with all 3 of its charging cases in it. In airplane mode I could read 8 hrs a day for a month and still not have to recharge ð

Recommended for those who love personality
I really like this case. When I first opened it, I was a little disappointed as it didn’t have the slightly worn look as in the photo. But I tried it anyways, and quickly realized that the look and pattern was entirely up to me. With the Kindle inside i began rolling the seams and bottom back and forth which made them much softer in only a minute of working. Then I took the Kindle out and started on the large flat sections, it only takes a little bit of bending to make nice striated patterns in the leather. I didn’t take it too far with the bending, figured time would do a much nicer job, just to get the stiffness out for a better fit.All in all this is one of the nicest feeling cases for an electronic device I’ve ever seen or owned, I’m sure I will only love it more as time goes by. I’d also like to mention the engraving option, if I were you I’d do it. It’s laser engraved so any wear that might occur over it won’t affect its visibility for a long long time, plus it gives it that extra personal touch.Kudos to the maker of this case, it’s a fine product.

Exceptional Quality and Durable
I’ve used this Kindle case every day for the past four years and it is still the same excellent condition as when I first purchased it. The distressed leather is still beautiful, the stitches are still tight. It’s like a work of art and it’s so much more unique than a normal Kindle case.
