Easy to install
I am very pleased with my Blink camera security system. I have an elegant front door entrance, so I was unsure how to introduce a camera without disturbing it. Over the door works great. I have a burgundy door. It’s almost invisible.

I don’t think that the product description mentions that the inside of this mount and the face of the plunger are all coated with a soft, protective material, so it shouldn’t scratch your door or gutter. Unfortunately, the mount is too big for me to use on my storm door, as the door can’t close all the way with the mount attached. It would be nice if it were made in multiple sizes, rather than a one-size-fits-most. One concern that I would have, though, is the screws that attach the volcano mount to the door mount are less than 1/4″ long, and therefore are just long enough to penetrate the metal of the mount. Possibly a concern that one might come out, and good luck finding a replacement!

Does not fit properly on any of my exterior doors.
Set up was easy but device will not allow my doors to close properly. I tried every door and different spots on the door but no luck.

It is a very easy installation. Like it advertised. It fitts variaty of door sizes, so you dont have to worry about fitting your door. I have the blink outdoor 3. All the parts came and delivered on time. No issue. Good product.

Fit Outward open Door, Very Pleased
This fit better than I thought it would and easier then the previous mount. I needed this for my side patio and didn’t want to use screws or hooks since I live in an apartment complex. The door is not hard to close and can lock with no issues with this mount since the door opens outward. Now I can remove the door alarm , not that i needed it but was my daughters idea. I searched for a few weeks trying to find one that would work with Blink Outdoor Gen 4 and I would recommend this item for use on Outward Opening doors as the pictures attached show. I was not able to use it on the side of the door as the frame and weather stripping stopped it but it works fine and can adjust it to the area i wanted to view. Finally found one that works on my door

Works really well when you have a beef with your condo association for fixing stuff on the out walls. With this you can fix and remove as you please. And no need to screw it on to the wall or door.
