crappy printer
It does the job with quite a bit of difficulty. It is always getting jammed and disconnecting from the computer. I have to go through 5 minutes of steps to get it reconnected. Tech line isn’t any help. They respond week late every time.

Label feed faulty
So it turns out that the label printer is a little faulty in that it skips labels and I constantly have to open the cover to feed it back in. That’s a major pain. Otherwise, it’s good.

Ended up returning to Fumo, never worked and came with European plug.

the item arrived in 2 boxes, one the amazon brown box and the other the item box.The box was divided into 2. one where the item was and the second one where the other items where. the printer was placed inside 2 bubble wraps. the other part of the box had the electric plug, computer connection, 2 labels (one D1) and an adapter. On top, there was the guide and also the software.It is advisable that you read the guide so you can connect everything properly together especially the labels.I haven’t used the printer much yet, so I have to really familiarize myself properly with it, but so far it seems that everything is working perfectly.to top it off the item arrived 5 days before the estimated time of arrival

In plaats van het nieuwe artikel dat we hadden besteld, kregen we een ander gebruikt apparaat met zware gebruikssporen. Dus ze hebben niet het gewenste product geleverd en het product dat wel geleverd is was niet compleet en beschadigd. De retourzending is overigens wel keurig en snel afgehandeld, inclusief teruggave van de aankoopsom. Hiervoor toch nog een extra 2de ster 😉
