Great for tradesman
Fits perfectly in my packout. Measurements are 5″x5″x 1 3/3″. Super simple just down load the app, make your label and turn on the printer. The app saves tables too, I find it handy for storing your common HVAC wire labels, it makes it so easy to open the app find the label and print. Connects via Bluetooth but the app does all that for you. For the price you can’t beat it.

Great reminders
Its quick and easy to dissect an owners manual into the words that matter and make a quick label with this. Great for remembering capacities and oil type for oil changes. Also great for marking storage bins so you don’t have to take bins down to remember whats in them. Heck, I even have a label on my electric griddle to remember ideal temp settings. We handle too much info to not have a quick reminder on everything. Make sure the tape roll is fully seated!

Convenient and easy to use
The app is straightforward to use, the device connects without hassle, and the label quality is acceptable. Overall I am happy with the purchase.The fonts initially available in the all were all quite wide, and there is more padding either side than needed. The cynic in me tells me that this is so the labels are used up more quickly. A more recent app provided some narrower fonts.

Good product for the Price you pay
It is not excellent. It’s just a good enough product for the price.Pros: Bt connectivity, typing in the app is just easier than using the clunky keyboard and arrows from other non BT models. Also the AA batteries are a pro imo since they allow you to get some rechargeable or disposable ones and keep going. With a rechargable unit if the battery dies product dies or if it uses a proprietary rechargable battery like other DYMO labelers you are stuck with that.Cons: labels are too wide and there are not 3/8″ labels in this type. DYMO 280 has different sizes. Here you are stuck with 1/2″The machine wastes paper. Margins are too wide to the sides and even using the biggest font you don’t occupy nowhere close to the full width of the label.Also the fonts are restricted. Only 2 fonts, you can change to bold, Italic or shadow, so there is that.As I said. I guess it’s good enough for the price you pay. Let’s see how is the quality

Easy set up and use
It took maybe 2 minutes to get the label maker up and running. Quality labels and small, portable size.

Just bad, Lazy, design
A printer company that has yet to fully embrace modern ways of doing things. The poor review is most due to the app, the good things are a short list: 1) Size of device is good 2) Label print quality is also good enough (not great) Sit back the complaints are numerous 1) Bluetooth does not permanently pair. I believe this is because on Android you need full location permissions to pair. So a clever design choice to ensure they get your data is to require you to pair every time you print. 2) Because you have to pair every time you print, printing is slow 3) the app design looks like a website from the 90’s. Low effort and poor design 4) 7 Fonts, SEVEN that’s all. Border designs are either lame or plain 5) Speculation here but If everything else is this bad, I’m concerned security considerations for the app were worse. This code probably has more holes in it than the app has features. 6) No external power source using USB C and Requires 4 AA batteries… another nod to the 90’s

Nice!
I have chosen this product to replace a different Dymo item that was a standalone unit. Iâm very happy with the versatility of the app on my phone, and it was very easy to connect the app to the unit. I also prefer this technology, to any label makers that require ink, whereas this product (and the previous model within the same product company) do not ever need ink, but only ever need new batteries when the text becomes a little too light.
